I was looking for chicken meals and asked what was chicken and what was tenders and the person taking my order didn't even answer my question, so I ordered what I thought was a 4 piece chicken and it ended up being a 4 piece tenders which I did not want. As matter in fact the entire order was screwed up. I live in Hibbing so it's a drive for me to go back. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible service.

Being from out of state, we are used to pulling up and ordering a #16 , pot pie meal...which is not on your Minnesota menu until next month!?! Wedges were delicious 😋
7/11/25 5pm. Asked for a 3 piece meal with breast, thigh, and leg. I got breast, wing, leg. Asked for original recipe. Received extra crispy. The biscuit was hard as a rock. The wing was so hard you couldn't chew it. The breast was awful, hard and overcooked. Threw it away. Called the manager. He was rude, full of excuses and clearly not management material. Will never again go back. Disgusting food. Even more disgusting management behavior. The only reason I picked 1 star is bc I had to.

At 7:30 pm Saturday I tried to get a 12 piece and they said they are closing....
Service was absolutely horrible, we were told to wait multiple times for our food. Then a lady told us to come around in 3 minutes which we did. She then told us to pull ahead so she could serve someone else. We are still waiting for our food and being told to move out of the way

I pulled in and the place was dead, I figured that was a sign. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and drink. Everything was old and soggy. I looked up and down for a receipt so I could inform corporate and they are wise to that, they do not give you a receipt. Get something else to eat, there's better options than a place willing to serve what I got.

Need more employees more worried about the drive through then the people who are standing in line I only get 1/2 hour for lunch and can’t wait 10 min for service last time I eat here
