Wish I had taken a picture of my delicious shrimp wraps. So many options on the menu, I couldn't decide. Beautiful view of the lake. Golf course, but no membership required to eat. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Lovely young hostesses smiling when you walk in, very willing and interesting conversation with another lovely smiling lady tending the bar, and the kitchen staff fellas even snuck out to help me with food suggestion and local late night activity advice. I absolutely loved my night there, and I cant praise the staff enough! Easily 5 stars, dont be shy go on over there and have a good time. A special mention for the owners daughter tending bar up there. Thank you for a sincere and enthusiastic conversation with an out of towner strolling in on a weekday closing hour. I will start watching the sandman.

Food was mostly great. I recommend the shrimp wrap, and I personally substitute Sriracha for ranch and it was delicious. The avocado wrap was just alright, not particularly noteworthy. The same goes for the French dip sandwich, the roast beef was just alright but the au jus was fantastic. Most importantly, the view of the lake was fantastic, and the view of the golf course was nice too. Overall a good experience and well worth a trip. The only hard part was finding parking because it shares parking lots with a busy golf course.

1st. Time golfing at Pokegama. Very pleasant experience. Beautiful setting on the lake. Quite a few trees But also forgiving most the underbrush is gone. Very dry in the area, The coarse has been very well watered great fairways and greens.
