Evertime I’ve came here there’s been something wrong. I ordered the Carmel ribbon crunch today and there was so much ice. And very few Carmel pieces. Very disappointed. Need to put more product in the drinks. Not worth the money. Target is 100 times better.
No dine in or anything. I was in standing/waiting to give my order of coffee, but no, yoo-hoos helped everyone but me, stupid door dash or whatever, drive thru, and had 5 so called workers behind the counter, 20-25 minutes, not a peep from the idiots. Get lost, wont see me there again

Was stoked to see a Starbucks after a tire appointment today, but wish I would have never stopped by, this place gives Starbucks a bad name ... The service was poor (no thank you or even words exchanged at the window at all, very unfriendly gal, take your bad day out on someone else) and the drinks were the worst I've ever had... I only leave reviews when my service is excellent or terrible... This was beyond terrible.

Overall the service is good but I don’t understand how they run out of product for their new summer drink so fast. They got this drink less than a week ago and have already ran out of the stuff for it twice. I get that they run out of stuff but they could do a bigger order for those products on their truck.
