I have not received napkins one time going through the drive through. I could understand not giving napkins on an eat in order cause there are napkins to grab but on a drive through order where 90% of people eat in their car how can you not give napkins for messy Mexican food. What kind of customer service is that?

I am newly gluten free and dinning out has been a challenge and a half.
I was pleasantly surprised that they're gluten free options on the menu.
Thomas and Tanner both helped me by offering different gluten free ideas.
I had delicious chicken bowl and bean nachos!
I forgot to take a picture of the food because it tasted so good!
Thank you so much Thomas and Tanner, you guys made my night!

On Monday evening my experienced the first negative experience there. I'd ordered through drive through to get my loved ones meal for what she craved on her birthday. I arrived home only to realize that though I paid for it, it wasn't placed in the bag. I called and the female who answered kept cutting me off mid sentence was I explained what Id like to do to pick up the remainder of my order. I didn't want to leave my family to remedy the matter
I was glad my daughter and loved ones order was right, it was just my food missing. Though my order was through drive through, my family heard female who cut me off, to tell me I was speaking over her and tell me what I need to accept what she was willing to do.

I liked my daughter's idea, "Dad, let's just quit going there." My kid is smart !

Ordered on the app, order was received, sent my boyfriend to pick it up and they said my order didn’t exist. I sent pictures, what I ordered the price, also the order number and proof my card was charged. He waited 30+ minutes they did not make the order. Did not offer to make it in store either just kept saying it doesn’t exist. I cancelled it and am waiting to be refunded. So sad to see Taco Bell go down hill
