Food is okay, not many quality healthty options. Service was good. Salad advertised as mixed greens was mostly iceburg lettuce with a light sprinkling of anything resembling a mixed green. Ate dinner with two small children and had ice water and two shakes. Bill came to over $80 before the tip. The dozens of small televisions covering every wall is pretty obnoxious and detracts from the experience imo. Im thinking 1/3 of the price of their food probably goes to MN Power. I was reminded why the last time I ate here over a year ago I said I would never come back but our 4 year old somehow talked us in to it for the shakes which have been downsized since the restaurant originally opened (but the price seems to have gone up)...Kid-friendliness: Always accomodating of small children.

Last time we went the menu changed the new stout burger was not good. I fact one more of those visits and we will go elsewhere.
I expressed some interest in this new Boulder Tap House. Friends offered to take me there in Grand Rapids, for my birthday. It was about a year later. My food was brought out room temp at best. Friends were not impressed with with the wax paper and greasiness. Plus people that were seated well after us had recieved there food first. Came back 2 years later with 10 people. All the burgers were solids pucks. People complained about greasiness. Simple napkin when lazily flopped out of the fryer would solve that problem. The menu and service has changed in the last year. 2 of us went there for one last shot. Still wax paper. Greasiness. Room temperature food. Burger patties were better! Besides the soggy cold bun....Parking: Free off street parking. Huge lotWheelchair accessibility: Beautiful ramp for any wheel up service.

My burger I ordered med-well because that was the least cooked option for an angus/bacon blend. It was well done. It wasn't bad enough for me to justify saying anything, but it was noticed. The rest of the food was good. We tried ordering shakes. They told us "the shake machine isn't working. I just made one for that other table and the machine didn't work right. We don't have ice cream." I'm guessing it's a machine that makes softserv that she was referring to? But we didn't get our shakes.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice ramp.
