Daytime is hit or miss, evening can be rough usually due to staff, last night however was very pleasant and the entire order was right and everything, now this don't happen often but a shout out to Sharon, you were great and might bring some hope to night's here, hopefully your boss their appreciates you,should've left a tip... I used to give this place a one star...

Food is usually pretty good. Service depending on what time of day you stop is usually pretty good as well. Sometimes, service can be a little sporadic in the evening when when the young kids are working. But overall I have never had a bad experience!

Had the Backyard Bacon Ranch meal and it was fantastic! Place was clean, cashier was friendly, food was quick and hot!
We stopped by after a football game at minneota. Food was really good and service was awesome.

Stopped here on my birthday and asked if they had anything special for a discount as a lot of other places do on your birthday, and they didn't . I thought to myself I could go anywhere to eat and I was disappointed. But overall what I had was okay.

We love the DQ in granite falls. It’s the best one around. Sharon is a wonderful manager. She encourages and trains side by side with the employees. She’s willing to do the same work she requests of them. Sharon has wonderful customer relations. Talks to the customers and assures they are satisfied. We drive 20 miles to eat here.
