This Hardee's restaurant was clean and the service was spot-on. Nice employees who got our orders correct. Nice place to enjoy a meal. They don't have picnic tables.

Hardee's New Ulm, MN. On Saturday Jan. 4th, 2025 at 5:30 pm. We ordered our food , but the register was not communicating to the card reader. Jose came and rebooted the reader but it was not working right. I told him I can pay once it's working and I was willing to wait. I went to get my drink and Jose cleared out the till since it wasn't working and said he paid for it. I said what? You didn't have to do that. He said just pay it forward. Jose said he has to shut the whole system down and restart it. It is going to take awhile. I said you didn't have. We received our food, it was hot , fresh. Restaurant was clean. I had some cash along with my son, but Jose wouldn't take it. I said are you sure, he said yes. What a blessing. Very friendly and courteous. Would recommend to anyone.

It keeps showing up Granite Falls but it was NEW ULM. Tanner was manning the drive thru and he was very pleasant! He didn’t rush me and answered my questions nicely. He made sure our order was correct and was nice when I asked for condiments. I wish all food service people had his personality! Thanks.

Double cheeseburger was dry and cooled to death. Salt must be expensive because my almost raw fries had very little on them. The spicy chicken wrap... Disappointing to say the least.

Not great. Got the Monster Burger and Mushroom and Swiss. Burgers didn't taste great. Bacon was under cooked. Regular fries were not crispy. Crispy fries were good and the service was fine. Very cold inside.

Tanner was working the front counter and immediately smiled greeted me when he handed me my food. He asked if I needed napkins made sure to go the extra mile. When I stopped to compliment him to his manager, Adam as I was walking away, I overheard Adam telling Tanner what a great job he was doing, it is not often you see staff in a fast food industry where they really have each other‘s backs and offer. Great customer service congrats Tanner and the whole team at New Ulm Hardee’s.
I ordered one Nashville chicken and two regular. I don’t like spicy and you can’t tell until you bite into it. The receipt is correct the order is wrong so ask if they checked your order.

The food is Hardee's it's what you expect but better. My 5-star is for the service I received. These folks were slammed and they were on top of it. One person handling the counter and drive-thru at the same time and two people cooking. They were so quick and still friendly even though they were so busy. It is also nice to find places that don't mind truck drivers parking there. My options get so limited running Minnesota, south dakota, and north dakota back roads. Thanks so much for realizing we truck drivers are people too.
