I always order the taco salad or pizza fries and I am never disappointed. I usually do delivery and it’s a reasonable wait. The restaurant itself is no frills but the employees are always friendly and the food is always good.

Our pizza and dessert pizza were both excellent! The staff is friendly and efficient and we enjoyed our experience. Besides dining, the duck collection and the Terry Redlin painting collection at this restaurant were extensive!

The staff handled money—touching bills and coins—then immediately handled my pizza without washing their hands, which is deeply concerning and unhygienic. You never know where that money came from—it could’ve been dirty, contaminated, or handled by anyone. That level of food-post-monetary touch raises serious health risks. Handling food after handling money, without proper hygiene, is unacceptable. Please, Jimmy’s Pizza, make hand-washing between transactions and food handling a priority. It’s not just about the money—it’s about customer health and trust.

The wings were good but they forgot our order and we waited over 40 minutes to get our wings. Someone who came in after us got his wings in under 10 minutes. No apology was offered.

I had this pizza awhile back, it’s absolutely my favorite place to eat when i’m in the Granite Falls area. Service is great and I really appreciate the fact that delivery drivers are still willing to deliver to the more rural areas of Granite Falls. The food is always great, there are a lot of options so it’s made for some wonderful birthday dinners. Thanks for being a great restaurant.
I placed an order and paid for my order through their online portal. When I went to pick up my order I was told they didn’t receive it. I showed the cashier my order confirmation and he said they don’t see it in their system. I asked for a refund but was told I should deal with my bank about it. The cashier asked if I wanted to place an order and I decided not to. I just didn’t think I would enjoy my food after that interaction. It’s unfortunate as I was excited to try their wings and pizza.
