I went here february 13, 2026 and I rushed to get there before close which said 9 p.m. I got there at 8:50 and everything was closed and dark. Need to update business hours if that's the case

This was my worst subway experience yet lady made the messiest wrap then forgot the egg and acted like I offended her for asking about it! Literally the ugliest Sandwich I've ever seen. I won't be coming back here

April was AMAZING. She was working a Friday supper rush all by herself, I could hear mobile order notifications going off consistently, but she held it together like a champ. But for god sake, WHY is this poor girl working a Friday evening by herselfš

Worst mobile app order ever. Order a Footlong BLT sub. The bacon was raw not cooked, bread was hard, no tomatoes, and wasnāt cut in half.

they are nice employees but the training and the reading the slips needs work i have now ordered my like 5th sandwich in the last like 5 months and every single sandwich was made horribly it was toasted when i specifically ask them not to toast the bread they put extra spinach when i donāt want that much and then everything i ask for to be extra was light and today they gave me the wrong bread and i still ate it only because i was hungry but honestly it was the worst sandwich and thank god i only got a six inch this time but like seriously you really donāt see that it says not toasted not once but twice on the slip

I did an order through the app while I was at work about to leave for my lunch break like I have many times in the past. I got there and my order wasn't ready (not a big deal at all, I don't care about that) so I sat down waiting for it and I see the guy making my protein bowl salad and he looked visibly upset about what I got on my salad. (I got a BLT salad and got extra bacon.) He was slamming the sauces and was just forcibly putting my salad together? I get my bag and go out to my car and I'm ready to eat, but I pull it out and the top wasn't fully on so I have spilled salad in my subway bag. On top of my spilled food I did not get a fork or the croutons that normally come with it. I normally don't complain but I paid for this food and felt pretty disappointed. All I ask is if you're having a bad day please don't take it out on the food that I paid for.
We stopped into this little Subway on our way to a wedding and had the best Subway experience Iāve had in a while! The two people working were so friendly and funny and put care into our sandwiches! Good job!

Great employee you had working today. She was alone on her third day, she kept her cool and did a great job serving everyone. She needs a raise already and I hope she gets to keep the tips people added to their bill. 7/12/2024 at lunch

Currently work at this subway, my manager has done nothing but accommodate me, my personal scheduling needs and support me and being in recovery completely 100% because of her being so understanding. Iām allowed to attend 3 days aweek outpatient, 3 therapy appointments a week. Plus schedules me through the week that allows me to make 4/6 meeting a week. Thanks to Lynn Iām able to work a full 30+ hour week and address my person/mental issues.

I would leave zero stars if I could. This restaurant is managed terribly. Treats their employees with mental health struggles HORRIBLY. These are teenagers and children . The way this manager treats her employees is utterly unacceptable and needs to be fired immediately. Shame on you.
Rarely open during all posted hours. Lights are on door is locked someone is in back peaking around the corner at the door. Kind of creepy to be honest.
The closing shift here is absolutely terrible. It seems like they have never had any kind of training whatsoever. Along with bad attitudes and an unwelcoming atmosphere. These kids they got working in here couldnāt make a sandwich to save their life. They drown every sub in sauce, even when specifically asked to go light on it. Making a complete mess of the whole thing.When the hell does this place even close? They sure definitely donāt close at ā9:30ā.Itās been like this here for a long time so this isnāt just one bad experience. Iām just foolish in giving this place more than one second chance. I donāt have any issue with the day shift here, they seem fine. But Iām avoiding this place if itās after 3-4pm.

For one she gave me 4 slices of cheese on a FOOTLONG. NO HAIRNETS. FLYS EVERYWHERE. GUY WAS MESSING WITH HIS HAIR AND THEN TOUCHED A SUB. When they were cutting my bread they smushed my sub. NOT FRIENDLY DONT GO.
