“Didn't expect great sushi in Blaine, but it really is quite good. It tastes fresh and they have plenty of unique flavors and rolls without costing too much. We've tried almost every roll they have now and our favorites include the number 9 and the spicy girl rolls. Also it has a nice atmosphere, it's nice to be in a restaurant that is dimmer with unique colors.“

“Food was good but the staff must not understand English or something. Ordered food and when it was brought out the staff did not clearly explain which order was what. When we asked they looked at us like we were stupid. We tried to tell them something was wrong and they told us they were just going to charge us extra to make up for their error. Found that very suspect. Also the turkey sausage is not turkey sausage it is actually cut up pieces of a real turkey 🤣“
“One of the true hidden gems of the Twin Cities metro, an absolutely fantastic nerd and even kid-friendly space (foosball, arcade machines, darts are all favorites). There are few better places to meet up and play a game - personally, not being a sports person, I love the lack of TVs, nothing to sap your attention or make you feel captive to random commercials. I go there regularly to play TTRPGs. Great beer, alcoholic and non-alcoholic seltzers, you can BYOF (Mashawi grill up the road is delicious). The beers aren't the usual 6 IPAs and 5 sours, there's a nice mix of British and German styles (including wheat beers, which are weirdly hard to find).
There are absolutely a million play spaces in different nooks and crannies in the building, you can always find a quiet place to play even if there's music, etc. The owner hosts tons of events, nerdy and otherwise. I only wish I could drink more beer and go more often.“

“Brandon was our server (as well as every other customers server AND the bartender) and he was so wonderful!! My husband and I commented to ourselves many times how great he was. He is genuine, kind and fast! Absolutely killed it. He ran the entire restaurant and bar flawlessly. Our food was great, too!“

“I had the chicken stir fry. It was delicious, the best meal I had in awhile! The chicken was so tender, you could cut it with the fork. The vegetables were just perfect. The seasoning on the stir fry was so tasty. We had the sweetest waitress, her name was Penny. She did a great job taking care of us. Please put this meal on your menu permanently as I can’t wait to try the other kinds of stir fry that you have.“

“Bricks is one of our go-to spots, my husband and I are there monthly, and for good reason. The bar setup is awesome, the service is always top-notch, and the menu never misses. We know we’re getting incredible food every time, which keeps us coming back. The pizza and burgers? Unbeatable. The truffle fries? An absolute must. And if you haven’t tried the corn dip yet, do yourself a favor and order it... it’ll be a permanent starter in your rotation after one bite. “If you are local and looking for a good gyro, this is the place for you. They have several kinds and lots of options. SECRET TIP: Try the french fries! They are amazing! They have a special seasoning they put on them that is soooooo good! I highly recommend it. I've always been pleased with the food and service. They also have a little patio that is nice on good weather days.
