I think this place is fantastic. I went for the buffet today. They offered gyros, cheese omelet and hot wings, and dessert, for today's buffet. I had an omelet and some wings, and I was sufficiently filled. Their prices are reasonable for what they offer, I would recommend them highly. This is the second time I have had their food and was happy both times.
After reading the comments for the past 6 months??? I finally decided to try the food myself. Whomever gives this place negative reviews, we have different tastes. I LOVED the food. Spicy and flavorful! I will be back.
I stopped in, wanting to just give this place a try and I asked what they recommended. It was so good, I couldn't talk until I was done eating.
The chicken wings are fantastic. I had 6 wings with the buffalo sauce and they were some of the best wings I’ve ever had. The wings themselves are quite large and had a lot of meat; the buffalo sauce was incredibly delicious. Spicy, but not too hot and great flavor. I would definitely recommend and will be back to try more of their menu!
We tried A Taste of Tayb tonight and it was so good! I will be going back to try more of their delicious food! The people there were very nice and accommodating also. Thank you!

I must say the wings are on point very flavorful crunchy on the outside moist on the inside. The fried mushrooms and sandwiches are the bomb. The staff and the atmosphere is awesome and the music adds a nice touch. feels like home and family and they always remember my name. I will definitionally be back and very convenient eatery for lunch break. :-) keep up the good work guys.

Ordered samosa and 2 orders of wings. The samosa is just frozen samosa that is deep fried. I was expecting homemade samosa. The order of wings tasted plain. Not salty, not even well seasoned. Plain. The wings were a bit overcooked so under the sauce, it was hard and dried. The price is off too. Make sure to check the price that’s on the menu and what they charge you.

Waited 30 minutes after being told 4min. Based off of how aggressively they pulled the curtain when I peeped the kitchen tells me they probably need a health inspector to check them out. One of my bone in wings were literally raw and just wow. Waste of my night and money. Do not go

Ordered food last night and went to pick up and the workers didn't even get our order. We had to wait 15 minutes for them to make food. We also picked up from another restaurant so that was cold.. the guy didn't even care.. paid 26.00 for 3 tiny pieces of chicken and fries and uncooked samosas!!! My son was so upset. Looks like good reviews and we didn't get good service or food last night.. would you eat these strips????

Food was all deep fried. It had decent flavor, but that was all on account to the flavoring of box sauces, nothing seemed made in house. The veggies on the kabobs were larger than the meat pieces, but once deep fried were hard to distinguish between, they all looked the same.Staff could have been more welcoming, engaging and energetic about their menu items. A 'welcome, have you been here before, let me explain some of our more popular items' would have been welcomed. Instead staff was standoffish while we looked at the menu and while we waited for our food, took to closing their eyes in the chairs next to checkout.Atmosphere is fine and functional. Seems like few people eat in house and most the traffic is to go orders.I do appreciate that the owner seems to reply to all comments, that's a positive for openness to honest feedback and making changes. As for all businesses, making it past 3 or 5 years is a difficult hurdle, especially in food. I wish them the best and will give it one more try, but if every thing is deep fried, it won't be a go to choice for me.

The food is great. But for it's kind of place (mostly takeout with a few tables and a counter), they are extremely slow & disorganized: It routinely takes 30-45 minutes to get your order. I've been there 3 times in the past month and it's always the same: What is so difficult about grilling 2 chicken breasts, toasting the buns, adding sauce to the meat, put it in the buns with lettuce, tomato & onion that requires 45 minutes??? I am constantly given the excuse that there are 2-3 orders ahead of mine, yet other similar venues (Crunchy Chicken in SSP & Taco 'n Madre in WSP, both of which have way more menu selections than Tayb) work on 3-5 orders before mine, with only 2 kitchen workers and I get my food in 15 minutes!!! I worked in the restaurant biz for 18 years and I understand about getting swamped at times. But it seems as if Tayb's kitchen staff completes one order before starting another, which may be why it takes so long, vs starting subsequent orders while working on the first. Whatever the cause, the Taybs need to figure it out and fix it, because if they continue to focus on just the food and ignore the wait times (service), they might not be around for long. That would be a shame, because I really like their food. But it is a bit ridiculous that I have enough time to shop at the nearby Walmart or Cub Foods, return and find that my small order is still not finished. And what about all the folks who sit there & wait & wait... Will they return again after having to endure the long wait on their first visit or will they just go somewhere else in the future?

There was one group of 4 ahead of us, when we ordered we were told it’d be 25 minutes. At about 30 minutes a worker came and asked us what we ordered. We reminded them and asked how much longer it would be. They said “it would be out soon”. I said so about 10 minutes? They said yes. The people who ordered behind us got their food. At 45 minutes we asked what was going on and they said there was a lot of DoorDash orders ahead of us. I said no one has come into the store for a DoorDash order. They said it’d be 5 more minutes. At this point we asked for our money back because we had a 1.5 year old with us who was obviously fussy. The manager then came out and said they lost our ticket but the food was ready. But no food was brought out. We asked again to be refunded and they refunded us and thanked us for our business. Very disappointing that we were lied to that there were a ton of orders ahead of us and kept getting the run around.
