The customer service here is above and beyond. My boyfriend and I frequent this caribou (probably too much) and have always had a delightful experience. There was one day where we had accidently put our order in for a different caribou a few towns over and they still filled our order when we came though the drive though. Truly a great business. They we're not rude like that other Caribou I called and their service was very great they were not rush you're pushy and they helped right away when I needed to check my card balance on my Caribou gift card and I definitely recommend one hope you have a great day

kind of weird to write a review of a chain coffee shop, but caribou is a MN company and this branch is fantastic.great staff, consistently good coffee and they do a good job getting people to move thru the line without being jerks to them.
