I don't know who the manager is at this store, but I have to say Thank you to him. I attempted to do an order on line, I made the mistake of not checking the time that I wanted it ready, so when I called back later, he informed me that it had been prepared already, (my bad)..but I ordered another for pick up at the time I needed, it was ready exactly on time. I've had a ton of good experiences ordering delivery with JJ's before but this time kinda made me feel conflicted. I got rude service from a driver who was upset I didn't tip, he asked for it by saying "are you gonna put a tip on here or what?" and "I simply told him I couldn't afford to tip extra" and apologized. (Of course the 1 time I don't tip suddenly it's an issue) and the guy rolled his eyes at me and was just sorta rude about it. I understand your job is hard, but the...read full review

1: Sandwich’s all made wrong. The service was okay. Again sandwich’s all made wrong! I just wanted a plain turkey sandwich in fact all 7 of us wanted something we didn’t get. Don’t go if you want something done right!
