kind of weird to write a review of a chain coffee shop, but caribou is a MN company and this branch is fantastic.great staff, consistently good coffee and they do a good job getting people to move thru the line without being jerks to them.
While normally the food and drinks are vary good; however, today the Chai Latte was nearly all milk, little tea. We were looking forward to our drinks. We would just ask for more care and attention to orders. Thank

It is really disheartening how this location has gone downhill. The quality of their drinks has declined. Their whip creams are like water, their cups are always covered in water. To make it worse, they only have a couple good employees who are kind and care about the products they make. Whenever there are long wait times, no one apologizes for that, or is even any nicer because of it.I am going to have to start going to another location outside of the town I live in a guess since this one shows no signs of improving. I only gave 2 stars because of the 2 decent employees they have. I'm not paying increased prices for a product that has zero care in it.
