I want to say I would never take my time to leave a fast food review unless it was horrible, Which isn’t why I’m even leaving this review , I went through the drive through today and Kim’s energy / service was amazing ! I only had a short interaction with her which is what you would expect at a drive through window but she was nothing short of amazing !

Rye and Zen made my day. Feeling stressed after a long day and nite, they took the time to tell me I was a very pretty lady when I was picking up food for my Uncle. Coming from teenage girls to a 66 yr old woman just made my heart smile. Thank you girls. 💕

I have never been disappointed at this Arby's location. Staff are always serving with a smile on their faces and seem like they enjoy their jobs, which makes me feel happy to be spending my money there. The food is always fast, hot and fresh. They never miss an accomodation (non-sesame seed bun). Their strawberry lemonade is amazing! I'm picky about lemonade but theirs tastes so fresh. I was pleasantly surprised the first time I ordered it. Spend your money here, totally worth it!

Kim the manager was wonderful...I had a large order which was a little confusing and she was so professional and courteous. Food was excellent, great staff at this location.

Very disappointed came for the 4 for $10 deal roast beef. The roast beef meat was hard the bun was soggy usually I have way better service. I probably won't come back to this one because the first time cashier was very rude now $10 IN THE GARBAGE!

Horrible management that runs this place. They have no clue what they are doing and scold the younger kids working there. They need to demote these managers to cooks. Also never have cash in register for change so if you don’t pay with exact cash be ready for your order to be cancelled.
