Whenever I'm working near this location around lunch I always make a point to stop by. The lady making to-go orders is killing it. Take notes Chipotle management. Something different going on at this store. Only a few in the state that can match it.

Stopped here after a basketball tournament and every single employee was super friendly and the portion size was generous.

Currently standing in line. With one young gentleman trying to do online orders, and serve the line of people out the door. Meanwhile an older lady is standing at thw register offering no help. While two cooks in the back mope around, and don't help the front. One of the two cooks started talking about employees walking out after a fight. Idk how this has 3.6 stars

Best chipotle ever I work right next store and the food smells so good I can’t help but come get a bowl every day. The staff is amazing they always give me a nice hello and are very fast and efficient!

Can't tell the difference between my taco and my double meat burrito. The taco is half empty. Between all three tacos there is enough meat for one actual taco which honestly doesnt say much for my double meat burrito that was the same size. I love Chipotle but what are you doing? Seriously going down hill.

I've gone here before and had friendly good service and good portions. But this visit was awful. Staff was not friendly and I got the skimpiest burrito bowls I've ever had. Very little meat, usually I get two meals out of one but I'm left still hungry. Get your portions under control!

The last time at this location I was severely SCREWED OVER, it was a female empoyee I did not deal before. Usually we are sasisfied with order, but this time it was a disaster. I ordered 2 plates with double meat as usual. First, when we opened containers at home, we saw that in both the amount of food was at least 1/3 less than we usually get. When we started eating, we figured out, that it was nothing close to double meat, barely enough for single. No sufficient amount of vegetables and black beans either. All we got was basically rice and cheese. On the receit there was also a charge for guacomole that I did not order at all. So for 2 plates of rice I paid $36.49. It was a total RIP OFF.

This chipotle needs to do better. It’s always messy, food is never fresh/full, dont even bother getting a salad since they never have the vinaigrette dressing made (& won’t make more once they’re out) the utensil/drink station is always a wreck. Service isn’t great. SO disappointing, SO over it.

I have only ordered from here twice each time being on Saturday at 8:30 pm. I made my ordered on my way home after doing an 16hr shift. Each time my ordered was wrong when I got home. I will not be going to this one again.
7pm Sept 18th- went in, clearly they had a rush just prior cause they were absolutely low or nothing of the meat, rice and other condiments. I ordered a steak bowl and a chicken bowl. She was able to scoop enough for the chicken bowl, but for the steak bowl she ran out. She knew it was low and said im sorry! Very sweet girl- the difference between the 2 was significant. I said Id wait. Some pink haired girl (I asked, name Kate?) comes out from being in back somewhere- asks why my bowl was sitting there, finds out im waiting and asks why does she want double meat? She says now just a little more. The girl rolls her eyes, takes my bowl, goes in he back and comes back out, same amount and starts just putting stuff on it I had asked for. Im not an idiot- there was literally no more on it, the meat was still cooking. And now all im wondering is like, what did she like do... spit in my food because she thought i was being unreasonable wanting the same amount of meat as the other bowl?? I was fine waiting, no issue at all. I wasnt goong to argue, I paid the full amount, even thou I didnt get what I was paying for, and clearly im not going to eat because who takes your food in back at a Chipolte? I won't eat at this location ever again.
This was weird behavior to say the least. I wasnt rude. I live 40 mins away from this location, and my husband loves Chipolte. This is our closest location, so I really didnt mind waiting for it to be right. I honestly dont know what her issue was.im eating at KT gas station instead. So disappointed.

We drove 12 minutes to pick up our order and were not informed until we got there that they were out of food. The order was not cancelled. My boyfriend came out and told me, then tried to go back in to ask how to get a refund but the employees had locked him out of the store. I paid via gift card so I can't get a refund via charge back.
There is no easy option to request a refund on the app. I tried to chat with the Pepper chat bot but I kept getting an error. A few hours later I tried again and whatever was on the other end that was supposedly a live agent basically said too bad so sad and disconnected the chat.
You give your customers service like this and wonder why people aren't eating at your restaurant? We come here often and won't be if we're going to be treated like this.

I have them 5 stars as this Hastings Chipotle has always been clean when I go there; and they are speedy. However, this particular time then happened to be out of chicken.... But it was on the grill. So I gave them a pass as they were busy.
