I have them 5 stars as this Hastings Chipotle has always been clean when I go there; and they are speedy. However, this particular time then happened to be out of chicken.... But it was on the grill. So I gave them a pass as they were busy.

This location is one of the better Chipotles I visit and thankful that's it's also the closest to where I am located. I have never had an issue with portion sizes, speed of service, or customer service. Orders are always ready right when they say they will, and even if I order for pickup their portion sizes are extremely generous. They usually have a very young staff working and the kids working are incredibly cordial. Much better than some of the surrounding Chipotles...

This was my 1st experience at any chipotle restaurant.
Walking in the doors the floor was absolutely atrocious, I understand it's Minnesota in winter and salt is everywhere and as a business owner I know how hard it is to keep floors clean this time of year but at least give it a college try.
While ordering I couldn't understand the very loud lady trying to rush me though the ordering process, I was treated me like I needed...
