Culver's is the best fast food burger you can get in the Midwest in my opinion. Before their price prevented me from going there and often but now now that Mcdonalds has the audacity to charge $3.50 for a Mcdouble and charge the same price ask Culver's for their meal deals. I now usually go to Culver's once or twice every other week while working. Their staff has been trained well and is always good at their jobs. Places always clean. Anyone else to tell you it's the best burger joint in the Midwest. We don't have In-N-Out so Congress is definitely the best

I came to eat lunch. Went through the drive through. I ordered my meal a basket and an extra side of cheese curds. They brought me out a kids meal. So I went in and they didn’t even charge me for cheese curds just made it my side instead of fries. They corrected my meal and then didn’t give me a regular drink that I ordered and when I asked for my drink they put the cup down with an attitude and acted like I was an inconvenience. Didn’t apologize or anything. I was very nice and respectful even though they were the ones who messed up my order and I had to come in to fix the mistake. Not to mention I repeated that I only wanted cheese and ketchup on the burger and they put mustard on as well even after having to fix my order…

Great food like always. Decided to add a scoop of the flavor of the day in a dish at the drive through. She looked annoyed and not to friendly. I would say she got me back with giving me the smallest scoop of ice cream I have ever received. Even though food was great.

We went thru the drive thru at 5:15 and experienced a quick experience . We had a child’s cheeseburger, cheese curds,, and a chicken meal. The chicken meal was good but the hamburger was a very dried out piece of meat. The cheese curds were awful— dried pieces of cheese in dried out breading. We were already home and did not want to go out again. We have always enjoyed Culver’s but this visit has turned us off.

Whoever you had working the grill on the night of October 22, 2025. Just wow some of the most delicious and juiciest butter burgers I have ever had! Please give that person a raise and never let them leave! Soo glad I got 2!

Been coming to this Culvers for 2 years now and the food is always great. However, the frozen custard is always too soft. I asked a team member about it about a year ago and they said that a part in the machine needs to be replaced. So I stopped getting custard from there. Tonight I figured they must have fixed the machine by now. My custard was not good. Way too soft. Shame on you Culvers. Do better.
My Culver's experience was great, but nothing beyond expectations. Food, service, and all that was solid and reasonable.

On a different trip, a female employee here also was a little verbally aggressive towards me because of my parking. Which fine, fair, I wasn't parked right. I did readjust my car. Just said Ok.
But don't go into customer service if you're going to act like that. She was chastising a younger employee before she stomped over to my car. If she's a manager of any kind? Wow. You guys know how to pick them.

So working at a job in Hastings. Been ordering lunch to be delivered. Double bacon cheeseburger and fries.
The bacon is just fat no meat for 4 dollars extra. So just paying for fat and not bacon?
The burgers have been quite well done. Nothing like eating a burnt burger. NOT!!! And the burgers are smaller than McDonald's burgers. Just don't see the product for the price. Today will be my last day ordering from and eating culvers. Not happy at all.

We love this Culver’s. The pub burger is our favorite and we love to save money by buying the family size onion rings or fries instead of the basket meals. We mostly do drive through or online orders and almost always have a great experience and order accuracy.
