We love this Culver’s. The pub burger is our favorite and we love to save money by buying the family size onion rings or fries instead of the basket meals. We mostly do drive through or online orders and almost always have a great experience and order accuracy.

no stars. we ordered online while in the hastings store parking lot. and somehow it was sent to the duluth store. went in after waiting 28 mins. refused to help. wanted to charge me again. left the place with pissed off hungry family. poor form. never again.

We had 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals. Our son's cheeseburger meal was smashed by tarter sauce ans coleslaw. It took 20 minutes to get our food when the store was not even busy.

Rush job at the drive through. Most mid Culver's I've ever been to. Burger and fries were lukewarm at best, soda was borderline flat, and the ice itself was a single chunk that tasted burned. I only waited for maybe a few minutes, so take some service stars, but I honestly would have waited longer for some decent food. It's a burger, how is this hard?

My family and I got Culvers for dinner tonight. We got a pickup order. The food was great and the service was good. The only thing wrong was that my chicken sandwich, which is supposed to new and improved, didnt have the top bun! The bottom bun was there though. Like how do you forget the top bun but remember the bottom. Everything else was good though.

Hot fresh food. Good bread and cheese. The fish is great. Not many fish take out. They give you a # and they walk food to your vehicle. Employees look content. I buy the pint creamery.

We are very disappointed in our food we received today. I had a so-called pork tenderloin sandwich, it was so bad I couldn't eat it, my partner had a sourdough sandwich, his looked disgusting and smothered with fried onions that he threw away, and ended up throwing most of his sandwich away. Cheese curds were just ok! We say we won't be back, but always try it one more time. No more. After reading other reviews, all bad, maybe it is time for Culver's to review your staff that is preparing the food and either fire them or send them to class for training.

I ordered a Bacon Deluxe Burger and chocolate milkshake. My sandwich was mashed to the point that the bun was flat and wrinkled. The burger was cold and almost off the buns. The shake was only partially mixed with a layer of chocolate on the bottom of the cup. Why would anyone serve a customer food this way?

Ive been given orders with missing patties, cheese on things that arent supposed to, missing fries or onions rings, and the consistency is insane its literally every time. dont go to the drive through unless you make sure to stop and double check your food thoroughly. ITS EVERY TIME. they make it right when you call them out on it but c'mon.. JUST FILL THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER THE WAY I ORDER THEM.. its not complicated orders either..like?? its a couple deluxe baskets one with no cheese. same order every time and every time theres something wrong with it.
