I received a very thin, dry (kind of too well done) burger. The flavor of the burger was not a great taste, not really much flavor at all.
My small sea salt caramel with pecans was: 1) A VERY small amount of Ice Cream. 2) There must have been no more than a teaspoon of caramel in it. 3) The pecans were mixed in it instead of on top of it.
It's only food, yes, lucky to have food, but when you pay a lot for fast food, it should be at least fairly good. It was not that.
I can't comment on atmosphere because it was drive-thru.
I would avoid this Culver's inparticular.

Food always great. Went to speaker to order in drive thru. Wasn’t greeted or acknowledged for a couple of minutes which happens, though we were the only car… I was asked what I want and the girl was so rude, all she said was anything else… anything else and would noticeably sigh and sound defeated during my order. I chose not to say anything as understand sometimes stuff happens and perhaps she’s upset about something else. However, unacceptable service whether the fault lies with management or employee… something is wrong. I hope my next visit improves

Chris and his team were very helpful and resilient through the Soccer fundraiser rush and continued to be nice, making our whole family’s experience much better.

I’m guessing with all of the excitement of me going thru the drive thru with the truck they forgot a key component of my burger (the bun!)?. Other than this I’ve always had a great experience here and honestly it’s kinda funny because of how excited they were.

While the food was the usual delicious Culver's experience, I was unimpressed by the staff. I only received two of four drinks (missing a lemonade and milk). I caught the runner, asked for the missing lemonade and a straw which seemed to inconvenience her. I wrongly assumed the milk would come with the rest of the food. Also, missing any condiments with my gf burger which was disappointing.

Grew up here since Highschool, was my favorite fast food place and has literally rapidly declined. Not trained staff, melted ice cream, not fresh food once in the last few months of going here. Go to a different Culver's. I loved Culvers here originally, the whole point is waiting a second to get fresh hot food.

Very slow experience in the drive through. Ordered 1 meal, grilled chicken sandwich. 8 cars came and went. Over 20 minutes of waiting. We are half way to this location and Cottage Grove. Won't be returning.
