It's a Dunkin, but man, you guys are WAAAAAAY overpaying. I live in NY, and you guys are $1.50 MORE for a Large iced coffee than I pay out east.... don't believe me, get the app

One thing I know not to do with customers, is not to wipe the sweat off your face with your bare hands without washing and then proceeded to grab a donut without gloves. I don't care how rushed you are that's disgusting! The first few minutes I walk through the door that's what I see. Walked right back out.

Never been to a Dunkin before and my experience at this one was horrible. Girls were just playing around while i waited, no manager in charge or any boss, drink was not what I wanted just a poor service. Never coming back!

We found our tator tots full of hair and the manager said it was the cheese on the tator which we didn’t have on them

The service was very slow, the person didn't know much about the different doughnut varieties. The Bavarian cream & jelly filled doughnuts were raw in the middle. They also did not get the order correct & gave me wrong doughnuts.

Food is great. Staff at this location doesn't really have a clue. Couldn't work the register even with help and ended up getting wrong items. Attempted giving me a double shot of espresso in a small plastic cup. Hot beverages and plastic disposable cups don't go well together! I watched them do this and they were VERY reluctant to give me another one. Dinking plastic... Yuck!
