Very friendly staff and the food (especially the pancakes) were delicious!!! Also very clean
Not impressed tonight Perkins. Over an hour wait for food, one dinner was "taken by mistake" and ultimately cancelled as it wasn't worth wait, burger was cold, hard and cheese not even melted. Luckily dad's breakfast was good! Normally better. Special thanks to Manager for discount and making it right, that helps and is very much appreciated!!
Ordered the eggs sunny side. They were done to perfection. Also the hashbrowns were crisp and delicious. Our severs was so friendly! They were very busy but the food was ready fast. We will visit each time we are in Hastings. Hats off the the breakfast team on Sunday Aug 30 2026. Thank you!

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery offers food and service that are both great, with the food on par with what you would find in a hospital cafeteria and the atmosphere like an Applebees but if it was only White and Green. The food and deco cater to the older generations. Specific meals like the salmon and meatloaf are very good. The hashbrowns are not crispy, they are barely crispy. The service is amazing and spot on, with servers like Payton being very accommodating, Audrey (Momo) being attentive and borderline obsessive, Helen being pleasant and attentive, and Lydia being a lovely waitress who takes care of everything. Even on a very busy day, the food is pretty good and the order is correct. This is the only Perkins to go to in the area, worth getting a bite to eat, with decent prices and great service all around.
