Got chased down to my vehicle getting ask “why I didn’t tip” I’m travelling and I thought a $5 was decent amount that I paid by debit because I don’t carry cash. I’ve worked in the service industry and many times people have never tipped me but I’ve never followed them to their vehicle!!! Closed at 10:30 on a Saturday Night when advertised open till midnight
I ordered and picked up my food and got home, opened up my pancakes and had a spider in them!
I called the store and asked to speak with a manager and when she got on the phone, she never even apologized; she put me on hold only to then hang up on me! Clearly didn’t care and I told her I took pics & video to show them if they wanted. 🕷️🤮🤬

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery offers food and service that are both great, with the food on par with what you would find in a hospital cafeteria and the atmosphere like an Applebees but if it was only White and Green. The food and deco cater to the older generations. Specific meals like the salmon and meatloaf are very good. The hashbrowns are not crispy, they are barely crispy. The service is amazing and spot on, with servers like Payton being very accommodating, Audrey (Momo) being attentive and borderline obsessive, Helen being pleasant and attentive, and Lydia being a lovely waitress who takes care of everything. Even on a very busy day, the food is pretty good and the order is correct. This is the only Perkins to go to in the area, worth getting a bite to eat, with decent prices and great service all around.
