We came in on September 22nd to celebrate an 11 year olds birthday. We had 21 people with us, we’re having a good time and the manager comes up to our table trying to kick one of our party members out, because of a personal quarrel he had with him a year and a half ago, per managers words. We did not provoke him we were not rowdy. Long story short he ruined an 11 year olds birthday over something that never occurred at Jersey mikes. And he waited til we ordered over $400 of food to kick us out. I would love a call back from the owner because this event was absurd I buy Jersey mikes 2-3 times a week and as of right now I’ll never be back along with the 21 others that were with us.

Although I never go into someplace that is closing soon, I needed to get a giant sub for my grandson at 8:58 PM. Even though they were closing in two minutes, the staff was absolutely exceptional! I apologize to the staff for walking in at the last minute, and I thank them so much for so graciously filling my order.!

Very slow service. Sat at drive up for far too long. Could see the frustrations of other customers inside waiting from window. Employees not customer service orientated. Can’t believe they ask for a tip for doing their job. In this case, very poor job. Direct reflection of poor management and subpar employees.

Trash asked for wheat got white asked for no lettuce i got a salad asked for tomatoes got none asked for onion got none. Took 15 mins for a regular tuna just to get it all wrong.

So we travel from red wing to hastings just for these subs and just went there tonight not only are they huge but delicious and the staff there is so wonderful i was fighting the urge to eat all 4 giant subs not that i can even eat one but they are nothing like subway at all completely fresh ingredients and slice the meat to order oh my goodness i will keep going to jersey Mike's in hastings probably even if they open 1 in red wing the staff at hastings was so wonderful and awesome. I want to shout out to the workers there tonight on may 23rd 2025...... Thank You all for your hard work and patience with me ordering. And we did all 4 mikes way just with out the juice as they say. Kinda wish yall had dairy free cheese for the lactose folks but had 1 sub without cheese no biggy.
