A young man was working front counter. He was effective and had a conversation with my daughter (7) and I. He talked to her about books and practicing doing homework to get better at reading. She talked about this young man the whole way home! Food was delicious as well.

It's a brand new place on a busy road. Love their food and perfect for on the go to hit the drive-thru. Now they turned the drive-thru into strictly on-line orders pickup only. What the hell is with that? Won't be going there anymore.

I ordered 3 sandwiches and a bag of chips for my family for takeout. When I didn’t receive the bag of chips, I called for a refund. NEVER in my life have I received such awful customer service, nonetheless from a young women who claimed to be the manager. I was refused a refund and was spoken to in such a condescending manner. I was told it ‘wasn’t a big deal’ and to ‘calm down’. This so-called manager refused to tell me her name and ended up hanging up the phone.
I’d take this as a warning - don’t order takeout from this Jersey Mike’s.
