So I'm in the drive though I ordered hot fries because every time I go there I end up with cold or luke warm fries. Now there's no reason with the price of any of the food at Mc Donald's for it to be cold or even missing. What's worse is when you call to tell them so maybe they can improve the service they end up hanging up on you say they didn't not to mention they try and lie to you and say they don't send coupons in the mail when in fact they do. Hastings McDonalds you need to do better!!! I’m so pissed- I get all the way home, open up my bag and my meal is missing.. do you know how irritating it is to get all the way home and get comfy and look forward to eating just to find out you don’t get to eat.
Then I called to tell you my meal is missing and you say if I come back up you will give me a fresh meal.
