Great sushi rolls and boba. They have a nice lunch special where you can get 3 rolls of your choice. Great service in store and also when we order ahead online. This is a great addition to Hastings and I would definitely recommend.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. This place is actually phenomenal. They are highly dedicated to customer satisfaction. Stunned by the welcoming service to exquisite special rolls that they present on little wooden bridges with dry ice fog. Highly recommend getting the free hot tea that comes with meals because of the presentation. I won't go into details about it, because I don't want to ruin the surprise :) My partner and I have been coming weekly due to how well we get treated and how tasty the food is. They even have been giving us free samples to try every now and then. Today was miso soup and it was delicious. If you are looking for somewhere to treat yourself or get surprised, this is the place. Lunch special is only $14 for 3 types of 6-8 piece rolls, which is totally a steal.

I had the chicken Habachi Entree, and it was good. It came with Miso soup and a plain lettuce salad, which were ok. I had a Brown Sugar Boba Tea at a 25% sweetness level which was perfect, since I don't like super sweet things. I also ordered potstickers which were nummy. I would return for another meal, probably some sort of Sushi Roll and an Edamame appetizer.

Very friendly and fast order prep: sushi was super fresh! I was so impressed everything from presentation and ingredients all beautiful color no fish taste was so good! Not really meant for a sit down (it is called to go after all) but so fresh!

Finally trying out Osaka in Hastings. I got the lunch special which was $15.00 after tax. Three rolls: spicy tuna, tuna avocado, and another fish and avocado. I had hot tea with my meal. It was definitely worth my time and the price. I would order something other than the spicy tuna, it wasn’t bad at all, just wasn’t what I wanted today. Quick service, I ordered in person and received my tea immediately with a bowl of soup. My sushi came quickly after. They do offer online ordering and a kiosk in the restaurant. I will be returning and telling my friends.

I absolutely love Osaka ! The sushi is always amazing and freshly made. The staff, is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their signature rolls! Shrimp Tempura Roll , Crunch Roll and Sashimi Deluxe are Devine!
The guy working there has an attitude that begs to go out of business. If you order tea they’ll make snide comments that “those shouldn’t go together,” they’re rude to women especially, and the guy who took our order was condescending. Lotta ego for someone who does what I say when I pay them. Not good enough to return - I’d give someone more polite your money. Maybe this flies in his country, but in Hastings MN this is just another business that’ll be gone soon.

Service was not very helpful when asking questions. The rice tasted as if it had been previously made in the day then microwaved when ordered. This made the sushi not have its usual fresh taste. The bathrooms clearly had not been checked on and were in need of cleaning. I find this particular location to be extremely disappointing compared to the other Osakas I have been to.

Terrible experience. Worst customer service I've had to date. I walked in told the employee that I was there to pick up an order they asked if I had provided a name they never asked for a name over the call so I described my order. I misspoke my order and I'm being mocked by the employee. I then go on to say it's been a long day. For me. 16 hours.. and I misspoke sorry. He has the nerve to look at me and say I've had longer. Good for you wasn't asking. I tried to be nice and let it go. Then I was told my total and was told to take x number and divide by 100 and that was my total. First off I'm a customer. I'm paying for food not to do math. This was very unprofessional. This individual Lacks every customer service skill in the book.. my three year old toddler has better manners. I will not return to this location if set employee continues to work there I'm not going to go in and made to be felt uncomfortable. And who knows who else he's done this to. I called to speak to a manager and was told that they don't have a manager's number and then I got a call back asking why I was asking for the manager... Sounds like someone realized they messed up.

One of the few really good restaurants in Hastings. Food is really good, very friendly service. The restaurant is very small and it seems like most people get takeout but we are there the first time. I don’t care if the restaraunt is small if the food is good and the people are friendly. The menu is massive so look online before you go to figure out what you want.
