Friendly staff, always willing to make a fresh salad for me and customize it. Great deals on Tuesdays. Glad they changed their hours to open an hour sooner so I can grab dinner on my way home from work.

We got a papa's stuffed pizza and the people working made it completely wrong only had cheese in-between the two crusts and all the toppings were added to the top. If you've ever had a stuffed pizza before from papa Murphys ya know that's not the way it's supposed to be. I'll take my business to a different location that know what there doing

The employee today (9/1/24) was so cheerful and kind we couldn’t help but smile. We always have fast, reliable service, and the food is great! Great local deals and we love that this location supports Hastings band students! Thank you for being an amazing asset and location in Hastings!

i went in on a friday evening around 6pm to pick up an online order of 1 pizza i placed 45 minutes prior. after giving a staff member my name for the order i was told they “probably haven’t started it yet” and that they’ll get to it eventually. i then waited another 30 minutes in store for them to start my pizza. granted there were only 3 staff members working, there was very little organization and it seemed only 1 person knew what they were doing. this was an awful experience and i know the half dozen other customers in the store with me at the time would’ve agreed.

The only thing I'm going to mention is that the prices can be rough. Make your own keto combination - $22 is a huge waste of your earned wages to pay for so little ingredients. Get the thin crust instead at least. I don't blame the folks there who have to charge what's dictated. That is a brand/business call.

Have gotten dinner for the family here many times. Corporate really sucks with the technology and online orders but the in store experience is really good.
