I would love to say that I received the best customer service at this store! A young man helped me with my order and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I had an order with multiple specifics and menu changes. This young man did not hesitate to do and happily completed every single request I had! He also recommended helpful options for what I was trying to accomplish and never even once did he not have a smile on his face, never seemed frustrated or inconvenienced, was absolutely happy to help with anything I asked and requested! Not to mention, while he was making my order, we had a very lovely conversation about him being in highschool, on the football & lacrosse teams, spring break, our favorite subs, my son attending the same school and more! He is an absolutely amazing and well rounded young man! His boss and parents should absolutely be proud of him, his skills, his personality, and his work ethic!! I would visit this Subway a lot more often if this young man was always there to help me! He was an absolute delight to deal with. I just wish I would have asked his name, but we were just too busy talking! Lol. Well done young man! Many other people could definitely take many lessons from you! ?. Good luck with graduation!

The person working kept forgetting our order/what she was making, she kept yawning all over our sandwiches but right over the food, the veggies looked old and wilty, there were flies that kept landing on the food and the worker said oh they do that, and she kept telling us that she wasn't mad at us that she was just really tired. Absolutely ridiculous. I submitted a complaint but never received a response.

The freshest bread, amazing tuna, crisp veggies…. The best subway I’ve been to in a very long time, however the woman who was working was super rude and disrespectful. Had a major negative attitude and I was with my mom who has cancer. All we said was that’s the wrong bread, and she basically got upset and treated us like dirt. I’ll never go there again.?

Didn’t Give Me Extra Olives & Was Very Rude. Anyone Else The Store Manager Doesn’t Do That To And Tbh I Feel Cuz It Was Cuz I’m Black & I Work At The Walmart Store. Never Coming Here Again If This How You Treat Black People But Yet I Always See White People Here Getting The Best Treatment & Was Told This Is My Store Not Other Stores All Rude Which Was Unnecessary Because I’ve Been To Plenty Even In Walmarts And Never Heard Of That But Rude And Disrespectful Never Again.
