I lived 5 years here in Hastings. And I've never stopped at Subway in Walmart and I haven't had a Subway in years but I was really craving one and for how sticky muggy today so now wanting not anything warm so I went into Subway 3 staff. The person that takes the bread in the meat order. And then the one that puts on the lettuce and tomatoes and whatever when it got to the lettuce tomatoes guy, I told him what I wanted and I know what I ordered exactly. Because I have o. C. D. This time I didn't want to be so O CD like only having4 pickles and 2 tomatoes. I was just like be light on the vegetables, please. And then why ? I was gonna say actually, I did say salt pepper oil mayo before he even put any of them on. He got distracted and did something else and then came back and just put oil and vinegar on my sandwich. And I said oh, I'm sorry I didn't ask for that and he said yeah, you did angrily and I said no I didn't and then he got upset and start taking my sandwich apart angrily so I said never mind if it's gonna make you upset cause I know what I ordered. I know exactly what it? Was. Ordered, I'd never ordered vinegar on my sandwich.That's disgusting anyways, how rude he was and agitated.How easily he got.I will never go there again and thank you for ruining my day

GREAT! Not Really. You have to use the app to get a deal. Just let me sit here and wait. If I'm at a restaurant I want to be able to order and not have to deal with the you must use our app.
Eat somewhere else this is a scam and frustrating as heck. Subway does not care. I will open not open the app and eat somewhere else. Now you win subway shorter line as I won't be in it.

All I have to say is go to the other subway on vermillion. This is what they gave me for extra mayo. There is no tuna on my sandwich. More lettuce and pickle. I didn't order extra pickle. They don't do that at the other one. They put a lot of tuna on so you get your money worth.

Great Subway! First time in awhile I have seen a Subway have 3 employees scheduled at once in a long time. And all of them were kind. The sandwich was also delicious and the cookies were soft. 10/10. Also had a large seating area for a Walmart Subway and was very clean. I am very impressed.

I would love to say that I received the best customer service at this store! A young man helped me with my order and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I had an order with multiple specifics and menu changes. This young man did not hesitate to do and happily completed every single request I had! He also recommended helpful options for what I was trying to accomplish and never even once did he not have a smile on his face, never seemed frustrated or inconvenienced, was absolutely happy to help with anything I asked and requested! Not to mention, while he was making my order, we had a very lovely conversation about him being in highschool, on the football & lacrosse teams, spring break, our favorite subs, my son attending the same school and more! He is an absolutely amazing and well rounded young man! His boss and parents should absolutely be proud of him, his skills, his personality, and his work ethic!! I would visit this Subway a lot more often if this young man was always there to help me! He was an absolute delight to deal with. I just wish I would have asked his name, but we were just too busy talking! Lol. Well done young man! Many other people could definitely take many lessons from you! ?. Good luck with graduation!

Great staff made my sandwich just the way I asked for. Always a great and clean store. With wonderful sandwich makers who are waiting to help you.

The person working kept forgetting our order/what she was making, she kept yawning all over our sandwiches but right over the food, the veggies looked old and wilty, there were flies that kept landing on the food and the worker said oh they do that, and she kept telling us that she wasn't mad at us that she was just really tired. Absolutely ridiculous. I submitted a complaint but never received a response.
