Foods good, but service is meh. They removed the option to get 1/3 ribs or half rack, seams like a lazy business practice that just suppose to make it easier on them, instead of giving you the option to mix in a few ribs with your meal.. not really an “express” place to eat.. came in on a Saturday during lunch time and place was a ghost town but surprisingly still took 20 mins to get food. Not offering 1/3 and half rack of ribs is just plain dumb.

Not impressed with the food quality when compared to price. You get exactly what you order and nothing more or less. There are no sides unless you purchase them separate.

The ribs looked baked. As you can see by my picture the ribs had no browning at all. (That was the top, not the bottom of the slab.) They are a "full slab" (looks like it was cut in half lengthwise). I asked for beef but these look like pork. I was not told I wouldn't be getting beef. The taste was good for both items without even using BBQ sauce at least. However, the texture of the ribs was very tough and almost rubbery in a way. The chicken was more moist and tender. The whole chicken and "full slab" of ribs came to $32 something for carry out. Keep in mind that despite it's name this restaurant is a rotisserie not a meat smoking restaurant. In fact the wood fired rotisserie wasn't even going when we picked up the food. I would not be surprised if the rotisserie is for show at this point and the food is driven in from Red Wing pre made and then warmed up in the oven, given the appearance and texture. Or maybe they make large batches before the weekend and warm the meats in the oven for the orders.Either way, I suggest sticking with the chicken or going to the restaurant in Red Wing. Maybe their meat is not looking so palid.

Food was so bad, brisket tasted like pot roast, the chicken sandwich tasted old and bland 0 smoke flavor. The slaw was concrete and the potato salad tasted store bought. Didn't even dare to try and finish this garbage. Also 0 AC in the building.

Tried to go to dinner at 7:15 on Friday night place is locked up tighter than fort Knox! Hour's say 8 they must not be that busy if they're closing hours early...

Bought the full baby back ribs to give it a try since I pass by it everyday.I was disappointed the ribs had no flavor, no oak wood smoke smell, overly wrapped n tasted like reheated left over meat.

The French dip was AMAZING. The staff was very friendly and the service was great, we will definitely be driving back!

I thought the one in Red Wing was bad this place is even worse the quality of food is garbage and and the price is through the roof... 100% will never step foot in either location ever again. And it's soo funny on all the post all the management does is make excuse after excuse for all the poor quality of food and service never once do they just own it. This place won't last long!

Editing my review to reaffirm my position on this restaurant. Great quality and surprisingly good portion sizes. Price is good when compared to other rotisserie places. Inside is fairly small and rustic but still nice enough to be comfortable. I usually get the big oak burger, the burger itself is fairly standard but the brisket on top is fantastic and the fries are really solid too.

although they have record timing for delivery, my partner and I were both very disappointed with our meals. the meats are clearly boiled and were very bland. great potato salad and spicy BBQ sauce... however they don't "smoke" any meat. prices are insane, for a little soggy flavorless meat on a bun , a little meat on a tortilla and a sauce size cup of potato salad for nearly 40 bucks... many improvements could be made in my opinion, there is definitely potentional.

We ordered the trio meal as take out and it was wonderful! Chicken, beef brisket and the ribs were all tender, moist. Nice job staff!

We had the half chicken platter and beef tips with mashed potatoes .First off . The baked beans are the best I've had in a restraunt . Period .Second . I can't think of anything I would change except maybe a savory potato salad instead of sweet .Great food , great service

Staff was very friendly, place was clean. As BBQ goes, we were sadly disappointed, the chicken was cooked through but the skin was pale and rubbery, should have been rendered hotter, for crisp skins and less fat on meat. We ordered brisket but got roast beef, it was definitely NOT brisket, the ribs had an odd seasoning on them, reminded us of spare ribs in a crockpot with kraut and mashed potatoes, not BBQ babybacks. The baked beans were good as well as cole slaw. I appreciate that it was not a heavy mayo based slaw. If you are in the mood for KC bbq, or Texas, or Tennessee you will be unhappy. Its a personal thing, but it smelled way more like bbq then what it delivered
