I went there this afternoon around 1pm. I ordered food for my family. It was only three people, simple order. There was a staff working named Eli, and he was terrible. I asked for strawberry sprite with my burger that has NO topping (pickles, mustard, and ketchup) and I was given a normal sprite. He proceeded to give me a normal sprite then open the window and say “that’s a normal sprite not a strawberry” and I said I wanted strawberry like I ordered. He took it back and got me a strawberry one, looking unimpressed. I got a burger with every topping on it. They also forgot ranch for my brothers chicken strips. The wait before we had to return at the Dairy Queen to get our correct meal, was around 20 minutes for two chicken strips baskets and a cheeseburger. We were the only ones in line at the time, including the drive through. We had to return back and wait another 10 minutes for our correct order. Eli seemed very unhappy. His finger also was touching the contaminants of my blizzard, enough to leave a full fingerprint mark. I am disgusted and unsatisfied. Every other time I have got there, nobody has messed up my order. My new burger was squished nearly flat.

On the way to Detroit Lakes it is indeed a nice stop over for delicious ice creams and snacks. Kids love it. Right on the high way with an easy access. Staff is helpful and responsive.

Seriously gross restaurant. Washrooms were so dirty. I asked for soap, tgru couldn’t even be bothered to refill it. And I waited half an hour!! Food handling: no gloves. Just gross

Nice server. Clean bathrooms. Food absolutely sucked. My chicken was old and luke warm at best, and my fries were cold, mushy, and they didn't even fill my little box. My cheeseburger was also luke warm and bathed in mustard. I am very disappointed considering that this was my supper coming home from Bagley, MN.

The building is nice and they have good ice cream but everytime we order food it's old and/or cold. We stopped going here for awhile because we were sick of paying $25 for old and cold food.
Tonight we decided to try it again. My chicken strips were so old that they were dry and were hard to eat. The fries were cold and soft. I'd much rather wait a few minutes longer and get fresh food.
