Honestly if I could give zero stars I would.
My elderly father returned part of his meal because it was not prepared how he asked. It wasn’t a big deal, he didn’t yell, cuss or anything. He simply said “you can take this back, I don’t want it”
The waitress took it back, no problem it got resolved. All of a sudden, the cook/ owner (who is the most explosive person I’ve ever encountered) comes storming out of the kitchen into the dining area and starts YELLING....read full review
My Dad loved the Chalet. Everytime I would come to visit, we would have breakfast there. It was his favorite place for Saturday breakfast. We buried him on Friday. This morning 11 members of my family wanted to honor my Dad's memory by having breakfast at his spot. We sat at 3 different booths. The waitress booted us out because our group was too big. Loud waitress Lexi , Mara is lost.!.?!? Mara never returned after food was served even after asking for more coffee, food was good, after an hour. Most tables stayed dirty. Bus boy looked like he was wearing his PJs. Yelling small children in main area. Very disappointed with serve and atmosphere.
