I ordered them at the pick up window after asking where they were. They told me they weren’t on the order. I looked at my receipt and the amount charged and they were corrected. They did not make the order. I’m not sure how. But this was obviously my fault. They quickly made them and handed them to me without having to move forward as there was not a lot of traffic at this time. I went to pay for them and he said don’t worry it’s on the house. Ironically enough I had gotten screwed at the two harbors location the day before for this exact same product. I guess it was a karma thing. I never did get money returned for the online order for the exact same product the day before. So thank you to this location for being awesome!“

“I thought they had ice cream 😂 they don't. I think combining Baskin Robbins with Dunkin in my town made things confusing. I went to only Dunkin thinking they have ice cream like the other one. They didn't. They probably thought I was a weirdo. Trying to get a shake at a coffee store. Anyways they got a crushed ice coffee with flavor instead, the closest thing they could get to ice cream. She was cool though she made a sale! I would have just left but she threw the offer up and I took it 😂“

“Going for a scenic Drive around Duluth and superior .. l had to get lunch & use the bathroom ! Everything & clean nice .. management even hooked it up with some cookies randomly . I know that’s not a typical thing but very grateful.“
