Drive through, my cotton candy blizzard was white, it didn’t taste like cotton candy only vanilla. Lady said “can’t take it back in” and slammed the window. The older man then came to the window and said “there’s cotton candy in there” there wasn’t. The customer service was awful.

Person taking the order was extremely rude and acted like my existence and order was the biggest hassle of her life. I could hear the rolling of her eyes when I asked for my extremely complex order of a cone and a blizzard. The swirl cone was 95% vanilla. They said the chocolate was acting funny. Ok then

Decent DQ. I just went there at 8:30pm because on here it says they close at 9pm. Well I when i pulled up they said they close at 8:30 lol. Probably should change that.

Unless you ask for DOUBLE things in your blizzard, you get a cup of white ice cream. Gross. The service is “ok” the kids are friendly. I think it’s the owner limiteding the toppings. It was never like this before, and mountain iron DQ is great. Not going here anymore.

Sunday Feb 23, 2025. Went to get icecream because the hours on Google said they close at 9. They CLOSED AN HOUR EARLY. I showed the blond girl and the other 3 people that were there the hours and still stayed closed. What happened to “customer is always right” when I proved to them their hours?
