“We had such a great experience here! The food was excellent from start to finish—we shared an appetizer for two, and it was the perfect way to kick things off. Everything we ordered was flavorful and clearly made with care. My entrée choice was actually inspired by a recent episode where Mike’s was featured on America’s Best Restaurants, and it did not disappoint! The beers were spot on too, with a great selection to choose from. We also happened to walk in during trivia and bingo night, which made the evening even more fun. We didn’t win anything, but honestly, the atmosphere and entertainment were worth it on their own. It was lively without being overwhelming, and you could tell everyone was having a great time. Our waitress, Kelly truly made the experience even better. She was constantly checking on us and never let our drinks go empty before bringing another one. She paid close attention to detail with my special food request, which I really appreciated. She’s always so bubbly and fun every time I see her—it makes such a difference! Overall, a really fun night out with great food, drinks, amazing service, and a welcoming vibe. We’ll definitely be back again and again!”

“I ordered a salad of the week for lunch. Ceasar salad. It was $9.00 with chicken included. The salad came in a very small bowl, a few strips of chicken, a few croutons and lettuce. I asked prior to picking it up if a few tomatoes and cucumbers could be added. They did not add them. A very disappointing salad. Don't order this!!!I could have gotten a 12 foot sub at subway for the same cost, all the veggies and chicken and had an excellent meal!”

“This is my absolute favorite bar to go to in Hibbing, not only do the bartenders know what they're doing when they mix your drink but they have great customer service. I have had problems getting weak drinks at other bars in town, but here they always get it right. I'd even go so far as to say it's the best bar in Hibbing.”

“Real good a little more expensive for a little smaller sandwich but great bread good soup and that's a good price wish ley had more selection only had 2 when I visited! And not much other foods than that soup sandwich and a chips is all so as long as that's what you want to choose from it's great ! Good taste and for a good regular lunch!”

“I fed about 200 people from my office through catering with El Charro. The food was delicious, everyone loved it, and the owner - Luis - was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond. He helped with delivery, made last minute changes and even added some things at no charge. Friendly, funny, and passionate about everything he does and cooks. I couldn’t have had a better experience. If you haven’t tried El Charro yet, PLEASE DO!”
