“We brought our hockey team to Boomtown for a quick lunch in between games. When we walked in we were greeted immediately and welcomed with smiles. We had a reservation and the staff were ready for our big group. Kira was our server and she was the best! Friendly, kind and easy going. When our food came out, I heard nothing but compliments from everyone in our group! Delicious! Jess and her staff are gems and will work hard to make you happy. If your a hockey family in town for a tourney, please consider Boomtown, they are great!”

“We have ordered from Subway of Eveleth quite often over the years, and without a doubt, we will continue to do so.

The vast majority of time our sandwiches were made to perfection. We have had only 2 ordering issues, the 1st involved an employee who struggled to understand basic business principles of customer satisfaction when an error was made and the 2nd was due to a newer employee working/learning during a rush period.

In both circumstances, Alex, the store manager made it right by us and handled our complaints with the utmost respect. One issue gave him an opportunity to retrain an employee and the other, a teaching opportunity for a newer employee.

We still give 5 stars to Subway as their food is great and fast, but equally important to us is seeing 1st hand that management cares about both their employees and the satisfaction of their customers.”

“I was greeted with friendly smiles and hellos when I walked in. Ordered pizza online. When I arrived pizza was ready 2go. Pizza 🍕 presentation when I looked at it was perfect. I thanked the employees as i left. They all responded with have a good night and thank yous. Pizza was delicious. My 1stime ordering with Virginia Papa Murphys. “Absolutely positively fun and cheerful, this ice cream shop has it all. Delicious ice cream (with generous scoops), popcorn, and unique toy candy for kids and adults. It’s a place to go for a smile and good times. Expansive deck for outdoor seating with umbrellas.”

“My favorite bar on the Range! It’s always clean and has a good atmosphere. Bartenders are always friendly, personable, entertaining, & on top of their game; the second time I went there the bartender already remembered what I like to drink plus I didn’t have to remind them what I was drinking when I was ready for a refill! Met some many amazing people there and have always had fun while feeling safe & taken care of which is important when you’re a female alone at a bar! I’ve been to many bars and have never felt more welcomed than at Rainy, also I’ve noticed they seem to experience way way less drama than other bars which is a good sign that they take care of the environment to ensure we all enjoy ourselves! I’ve even seen the bartenders give someone a ride home so they didn’t drink & drive! & They have TouchTunes so you can play whatever music you want either using cash at the machine or downloading the app to use your card so you don’t even have to leave your seat! Even better if you get hungry they offer free popcorn or for a dollar or two you can even have snacks like chips, beef sticks, nuts & candy. They don’t have a restaurant anymore but they make THE BEST frozen pizzas I’ve ever had in my life! the pizzas are Giovanni’s brand which you can’t find around this area, chicken bacon ranch is my favorite or try their pizza fries!! Another thing I love about them is that they actually have a book of shot recipes and a book for cocktail recipes so you’ll never run out of new things to try! Overall I feel you can’t find a better bar! they never discriminate for any reason which I have also found to be a problem at other bars. So with all their great service & hospitality, the beautiful interior of the bar, big selection of wine beer & spirits, & the selection of food that you don’t find at other bars, they get 5 stars from me for making me feel like I’m at a second home”

“This food and drink establishment in Virginia has left the best impressions on me. The service was friendly, prompt, accurate. I felt welcomed and appreciated by the staff. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. It was apparent to me that they are good people who care. Being a first timer, I requested some food and drink suggestions and received several knowledgeable, honest and suggestions. I hope to come back here again and again. Good value.
