“This was our first time in the Hibbing Hardee's for a sit-down lunch, and it was an extraordinary dining experience for fast food.Number one: I have never seen such an exceptionally clean restaurant, it was "institutional" clean (probably cleaner), but without the industrial cleaner smell that you would normally experience - the restroom was immaculate!Number two: The service was great; our order was taken in a matter of minutes, but not with the feeling that we were being rushed, we were given sufficient time to look over the menu, and we didn't have to wait all that long for our order to be delivered to our table.Lastly, and number three: The sandwiches and fries we ordered were definitely right off the grill and out of the fryer and tasted very fresh and delicious. An added plus was that the server who delivered our food also came back around to check and see if everything met our approval. It absolutely met our approval, and will most definitely will be a routine stop when we visit Hibbing!“
“The poor girl working gets this 5 star rating because she is slammed with orders and is busting her backside to get orders done. She is all by herself!!! Why would subway allow that to happen to a person and have certain impatient customers frown upon her!!! She deserves a raise!!!“
“You typically have to use the drive-through as they have the lobby area closed. I am not sure of the reasoning for this. The line can get very long but usually moves pretty quickly. The staff is full of teenagers and they always seem to be messing around as teenagers do. Sometimes you get the wrong order and have to wait at the window to make sure it's correct. Or you have to repeat your order multiple times through the drive-through speaker to make sure they have it right. I have run into some snarky teenagers during my visits. It's just ice cream so you gotta take what you can get. The food options are minimal and a regular hot dog, just the hot dog with bun is $4.50!!Parking: Parking spots are on the street or the 4 spots they have on site, which aren't needed since you have to use the drive-through. You can park in the Hibbing Fabricators lot right next door if you're wanting to sit and eat your ice cream.“
“this interior restaurant was clean and the staff was very pleasant and there was one lady working customer care by cleaning away items just as if she was a waitress, and this was a McDonald's... I only wish I would have paid attention better to have known her name to give her credit... just a special worker making this experience beyond my expectations. Perhaps this type of experience is normal here? I will have to come back to see if it is, or if it was just this particular worker... worth a second visit!“
“I love this Taco John's in Hibbing MN. Steak Escape is gone and they did some updating which resulted in a great comfort place to eat. It is very clean and food very good. The service is also a great addition! You won't be disappointed. Thank you.“
“The restaurant was inside of a convenience store. Both were very clean. Girl working the register was very nice. The woman behind the counter making the sandwiches left much to be desired from a customer service stand point.I believe her name was Sue, was making snarky comments and swore. Not exactly something people enjoy to deal with when they are stopping somewhere and are hungry already.“
“The service was somewhat delayed. I believe there was only one counter person at the time but the food was good and the French Fries were hot (the way I like them.) The inside was clean and supplies were stocked.Parking: There is plenty of room for parking .“
“Good food but employees need to focus on there jobs at the Walmart location. Concentrate on great customer service and less complaining about how sucky there life is ... Theres a time and place for venting but not on the frontline. And need to be set up to use the App and Coupons . Not happy paying full price when theres no reason ... Consistantcy is key..“
