It's not always fully staffed, and sometimes the dining room is closed, as it was yesterday. But the service we got through the drive-thru was excellent. The guy who took our order was so professional and made sure he got our order right.“

“My boyfriend loves Jimmy John's anytime he says he's hungry I say what for he says Jimmy John's so we order from here quite often and he loves it I love it I've never messed up they've always delivered what they said they were going to including extra napkins so get him four stars from me is pretty much a 5-star rating“

Service could be friendlier basically felt very rushed and sandwich specialist was overwhelmed so you could feel the tension and the unorganized line created a zoo type feel. I just love friendly service, and appreciate it when I get it. Ordered through the app and ate in, spicy wings were 50% doing it that way, so you can’t beat that kind of deal. “We've stopped here several times on our way through town. It's always a great stop. The store is very clean, the staff super friendly, and the food is always fresh and hot. Today was no exception. In on the Friday before Christmas, between 1230-1pm, restaurant was packed, but Trish was rocking the front register with lots of smiles and apologies for the wait to order and friendly interactions with customers and coworkers.
