The workers are really nice and the place looked clean. They don't make hot sandwiches though, which I thought was strange being in MN and it's freezing outside. I didn't get anything, but my youth daughter ordered a BLT, and it was made with cold bacon, barely cooked. When we got home I microwaved the bacon to cook & heat it up, then remade her sandwich, and she enjoyed it. My boyfriend loves Jimmy John's anytime he says he's hungry I say what for he says Jimmy John's so we order from here quite often and he loves it I love it I've never messed up they've always delivered what they said they were going to including extra napkins so get him four stars from me is pretty much a 5-star rating
