So gross I have found Hair in my food and the kids who work there are so immature and and they throw things on the ground and make so much noise I'll never eat there again and the food is so gross subway is way better and way nicer people lest those kids who work there know how to act there age.

I ordered a Vito add turkey and extra oil and vinegar and seasoning. I get my sandwich home and I have mayo on it no turkey and non of the extra I added. Charged for all of this and I get a sandwich I can't eat but paid for. This is about the 5th time it's happened.

The workers are really nice and the place looked clean. They don't make hot sandwiches though, which I thought was strange being in MN and it's freezing outside. I didn't get anything, but my youth daughter ordered a BLT, and it was made with cold bacon, barely cooked. When we got home I microwaved the bacon to cook & heat it up, then remade her sandwich, and she enjoyed it. I'm sure their cold sandwiches are fine, but I am just surprised that they don't offer anything hot. At least subway microwaves their bacon before making the BLT, and they offer to make your sandwich cold or hot with their toaster oven. I love a good hot roast beef sandwich, or their hot meatball sub. I hate giving bad reviews, but sorry Jimmy Johns. I'm sure your cold sandwiches are good though.

My boyfriend loves Jimmy John's anytime he says he's hungry I say what for he says Jimmy John's so we order from here quite often and he loves it I love it I've never messed up they've always delivered what they said they were going to including extra napkins so get him four stars from me is pretty much a 5-star rating
