Blonde Elderly woman (no name tags) working the register 5/14/24 is very rude and impolite, asked for a blizzard and then a hot dog, when I asked for hotdog she proceeded to yell my total at me not once but twice, without giving me the hotdog.No way to treat paying customers.
Delicious ice cream as always. The Banana Split Blizzard seemed to have less fruit than I remember. The lobby is closed so drive thru is the only option. Our server was polite and patient, and our order was prepared quickly.
You typically have to use the drive-through as they have the lobby area closed. I am not sure of the reasoning for this. The line can get very long but usually moves pretty quickly. The staff is full of teenagers and they always seem to be messing around as teenagers do. Sometimes you get the wrong order and have to wait at the window to make sure it's correct. Or you have to repeat your order multiple times through the drive-through speaker to make sure they have it right....
