We have ordered from Hibbing Domino's many times, on average one night a week. It was usually pretty good until recently. We ordered our usual pizza order and it was so bad neither of us could eat it!! We had gotten 2 medium pizzas, one new yorker and one hand tossed. The new yorker had hardly any sauce and it was supposed to have extra cheese but there was less than what the regular amount of cheese would have been. The hand tossed was so thin, no sauce, and tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for a week. Disgusting!! I called to complain. They weren't going to make it right...finally they offered to replace one of them. I kept on though because we paid for two pizzas, neither was edible, they needed to make it right!!! Finally he replaced both of them. Unfortunately they weren't any better than the first two. We're thinking they must have a new crew in there cause it was never like this. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time but come on! The replacements weren't any better! I really don't want to order from them again, it's way too disappointing.

So disappointing, ordered online stood at the front counter for 10min. 5 employees, made eye contact with 3 of them and not one greeted me. Finally one came over got my name grabbed my food which had been ready the whole 10mins I was standing there before greeted. Went home got 2 Philly's and 2 pizzas. Pizzas were fine but one of the Philly had and I kid you not 3 little pieces of meat, 6 pieces of green pepper 3 mushroom slices, and 7 slices of onion. I was gob smacked so much so I wrote a review. The other Philly had maybe double that amount. I have pictures of it but unsure how to share them else I absolutely would

Rec’d over baked, burned pizza. Was only able to eat the middle pieces. Where was the quality check? I am going to quit getting pizza from here - it’s just getting worse and worse.
Ordered pizza tonight for our family and it was disgusting 😁 no cheese on one of our pizzas and the bread bites were just as disgusting 😁 The bread bites looked and tasted like they were a week old.

Pretty pathetic spend $50 on less than mediocre pizza and they won't even put the garlic butter on pan pizza. So canceled order and got dinner elsewhere

Twice now, 2 years apart, I've ordered a pizza and it was missing an extra ingredient I paid extra for. I've called and because I didn't want to come back, a manager named Scott said he'd send me a voucher in the mail for a pizza for compensation. I did NOT receive it either time! First time, another employee told me that it was still sitting on the desk when I called a week later to check on it. Second incident happened last tues. STILL WAITING FOR VOUCHER!
