Rec’d over baked, burned pizza. Was only able to eat the middle pieces. Where was the quality check? I am going to quit getting pizza from here - it’s just getting worse and worse.

Ordered pizza tonight for our family and it was disgusting 😁 no cheese on one of our pizzas and the bread bites were just as disgusting 😁 The bread bites looked and tasted like they were a week old.

Pretty pathetic spend $50 on less than mediocre pizza and they won't even put the garlic butter on pan pizza. So canceled order and got dinner elsewhere

Twice now, 2 years apart, I've ordered a pizza and it was missing an extra ingredient I paid extra for. I've called and because I didn't want to come back, a manager named Scott said he'd send me a voucher in the mail for a pizza for compensation. I did NOT receive it either time! First time, another employee told me that it was still sitting on the desk when I called a week later to check on it. Second incident happened last tues. STILL WAITING FOR VOUCHER!

Why is everyone on one these days? I was never aware I had to be visible to the driver in order to have my delivery brought to me. I paid for it. I’m at work, a place of business, I can’t just be with phone in hand waiting for you to call and confirm I have ordered, nor will I be standing at the door. Knock on it as you do everywhere else. There’s very few places I can call for a delivery in this town and I’m pretty sure the driver who told me to stop being rude just made it one less. I was far from rude, I was busy working, not expecting a call from my pizza delivery driver. Still gave his “entitled rude self” the tip though. Learn to work with the public and not just yourself, bud. And remember, in customer service, the customer is always right.

Not bad all around, a few younger employees seemed to act as though the front register was the hot potato, a employee that was a lil older and much more seasoned at customer service had to stop his work to help me while 3 younger employees wouldnt even look towards the counter yet they were doing nothing but dragging their sodas around and drinking them and ignoring me, thats why i gave the atmosphere a 2.. ( its awkward as a customer when employees go out of their ways to ignore a customer and avoid work ) but other then that everything meshed out well. The gentleman that helped me had great customer service skills, but too many other employees ignoring the front counter..
This location is pretty decent. Pizzas and all breads deserts were made and cooked perfectly. Didn’t take long either for order to be done. If you haven’t tried the Parmesan knots you need to. Dominos should shell a cheesy garlic Alfredo dip or sauce to go with the bite instead of marinara. I make my own Alfredo sauce everytime I order them.
