El Charro Mexican Bar & Grill with American Breakfast

We have ordered food to go often from here. Though the food was really good, something is always missing or wrong. Tortilla shells forgotten for fajitas etc. We just dealt with it, but tonight had enough. My husband called to complain and requested a refund. Apparently, they will only give a refund if you pay cash. So, after paying for food we haven't gotten or food being wrong we get absolutely no compensation. No refund, no gift card for future orders, no replacement, nothing. Needless to say, we don't plan on ordering food to go again.

Went in for an early dinner/late lunch. Sat right away. Nacho appetizer was very quick and very good. Cheese enchilada was delicious and very filling!

Ordered an appetizer that came out after our food. Then when our food came I cut into my food and there was a chunk of hair wrapped up in it. The cook wasn't wearing a hair net. Didn't have to pay for my meal which they assured it was taken off my bill, but was not. Easy fix, but they ruined going out to eat for me for a long time. Very disappointed.

Worst breakfast EVER. Where do I start? Was seated promptly and it went downhill from there. I spotted several tortilla chips on the floor in various areas. I ordered an omelet but it was eggs with items in it, not an omelet at all. Hubby had the worst biscuits and gravy in his life, not a single sausage piece, 4 tiny pathetic looking biscuits. $9.99 for maybe 2 biscuits total and some white looking sauce (defiantly not gravy) put on top. Barely any other tables and we waited over 30 min for our food. Watched an employee use the family bathroom for over 10 min as well. I will never go back there for breakfast, should have gone to the other local place. Food was edible and that was about it. Lesson learned

The service was friendly. We just ate during a rush, so the food came to our table in spurts, and the 2nd order of drinks came a bit late. But the food was very good. The Chimichanga's has so much chicken in it, I felt like it was equal to 2 chicken breasts. :D Very happy, and lots of leftovers to bring home.

Never going there again! Orange juice was Disgusting. Didn't get all her food at the same time. Services is slow. Never again.

Waitress was more interested in flirting with the boy in the kitchen while it’s getting busy. Kitchen staff not wearing proper attire while working.

Girlfriend went there one time and her drink came out with a bug in it.

Watched the cooks eating on the line. When address they looked at us and kept eating while the other cook watched. And it was like it was not a big deal. If they do not follow this USDA regulation I doubt they wash hand after bathroom or follow any food safety regulations.. gross it has gone down hill since it first opened
****Updated reached out to Restaurants management and was told we are just trying to cause trouble for small business.. not hey this employee has been retrained sorry for your experience. This issue was reported to the Health department. Zero care for the food safety. We will never be back!!!!!!!
