I am not one to complain and I understand a lot about the food industry. Times get busy we run out of things etc. but I just paid $15 for this sandwich. I haven’t been here in years and I don’t know if I’ll go back. Pretty disappointed to be honest. Positive feedback for the girl at the window. She was super kind and welcoming. But whoever made this sandwich.. yikes.

I go every now and then, but the last few times have been the same experience. They use the bare minimum of toppings, and the bread is always more crusty and hard than soft. However, the pickles, soup, and mac and cheese are always good. I'll stick with Subway from now on.

I came here with my 2 friends and we ordered a casual 6inch sub each, I was expecting 25-30 for the food altogether but I was just baffled to hear them say it costs $55!!! They try to rip you off with their crappy portions, just absolutely scamming people’s money in return with some mid as food and terrible portion, I just wonder how they are still in business, just sickening to see them scam people for their money, just sad.

First time visit to a Erbert & Gerbert's. Great counter service, fresh ingredients, clean establishment and a terrific sub overall. Had the GIRF Sub. It was a treat to have ripe tomatoe slices on a sandwich for a change.
