Buddy and I came to Hibbing to run an errand stopped by ordered a monster burger with the works and a regular monster burger with curly fries. To start the fries were oh so crispy and hot cooked to perfection we demolished those, now onto the burger how to I explain it oh I know I my buddies words when you want to have a taste of your childhood, the meat was juicy with a perfect char the bacon just brought everything together, the works you ever get those burgers where the works is like not really the works NOT here every bite onion tomato pickles and lettuce all the way to the last bite. Whoever was running the kitchen on 12/04/2025 needs a promotion or a raise because this is what all fast food burgers should strive to be.

I really enjoy this Hardees location. I've never had a bad experience with any employees, food is usually always delicious and fresh. I wish they would bring Onion Rings back but I understand that they cant. When the food is on point, its god tier. I'd eat here every day if I could manage it haha!

My friend and I ordered two mushrooms and Swiss burger meals and got the wrong food. We called their and some girl said come back. Then got treated like shirt by the guy at the counter tying to get our order fixed so we walked out and went to subway to eat.

They could not get the order screen to work and when one of them asked the other if they should take our order through the drive-through instead the one lady said no I ordered all my food online before they got that system hooked back up at no point should you leave somebody standing at the till because you didn’t want to take their order elsewhere?

I went through the drive through and Very rude older lady maybe late 40s brown hair whom was a manager took my money while looking very annoyed aggressively handed my food to me and I was trying to say have a good night but midway through my sentence she slammed the window and it was NOT busy it was like 10:00 so it's not like I was coming in super late what happened to the young boy with the glasses and brown hair then young man with the kinda curly brown hair bring them back
