I went through the drive through and Very rude older lady maybe late 40s brown hair whom was a manager took my money while looking very annoyed aggressively handed my food to me and I was trying to say have a good night but midway through my sentence she slammed the window and it was NOT busy it was like 10:00 so it's not like I was coming in super late what happened to the young boy with the glasses and brown hair then young man with the kinda curly brown hair bring them back

I rarely leave reviews, but the customer service at this Hardee's was shockingly bad. There was one rude, inattentive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping anyone and when she finally did, she acted like I was an inconvenience and when I politely asked for my missing item to be corrected, the employee rolled her eyes and handed me it aggressively and then walked away with no have a nice day or goodbye. Completely unacceptable. What happen to the guy with the glasses that had great customer service and always seem cool calm and collected. I won’t be coming back.

Complained due to food cold, the rude cashier asked what's wrong and I advised the food was cold. Went home to call 73 calls later not one call was answered. Went back to location and was told no refund due to ordering online because the money goes to third party not Hardee's, per the manager Jason. The food was taken from me and never received new food or my old food for that matter AND no refund! save your money and sanity.....go to a different restaurant!!!!

8/17/25 8:15pm absolutely terrible! Order taken and we wait and wait and while standing in the lobby. Very tall crabby young lady asks if we have ordered yet, yes we have. She asks what did we order? What’s your order number? All the employees are standing by the fryers talking. She asks the employees why have they been waiting 14 minutes? Employees starts in our order. No gloves when assembling our sandwiches but to top it off a young man decides it would be ok to stick his finger up his nose not once but 3 times while putting our sandwiches together. Do better Hardee’s!!!

Evertime I go here they are out of something. Last time it was Dr Pepper. This time it was said completely.
I get curly fries but there is no curls they are just bits and pieces.
I try so hard because I didn't have a Hardee's in my town.

Ordered a chicken sandwich, got beef. Was already home so wasn’t driving back. Tried calling and rang and rang then hung up. Thought I would try this location again but I swear this is the 3rd time in a row they messed up the order.
