“These are excellent noodles and I love using them for my homemade chicken noodle soup and other dishes. They do take a while to cook, but are worth it. I found out after calling Pasta Works that the broken noodles were caused by the delivery/handling of the product to the retail stores. The owner has tried to work with the stores and transporting process to avoid this problem, but it has been difficult. Complain to your store manager if the noodles are so broken up or old. They leave the manufacturer fresh and intact.“
