Typically i dont leave a review but on Friday 11/24 me and my Husband had Ordered our food the staff made us wait for over an hour for our food i had asked 3 times about our order and each time they said they forgot about it and then when i complained about it the manager ignored my complaint and just gave me an extra fry for the wait the food was fine but it was Definitely not worth the wait

Check your orders before you leave this store!!! Today was the 2nd time we stopped here within a month as well as the 2nd time that I am missing items that I ordered and paid for! The first time, I had ordered 2 burger meals and 4 mcchicken sandwiches... they forgot to bag the mcchickens and I ended up going out of my way to drive back to the store. Today, the 2nd time, I order a 10 piece mcnugget meal and a quarter pounder meal. Simple! Or so I thought. I got home and low and behold, they forgot the mcnuggets. 🤬 Is this a joke?!?! I guess I'll take my kiddo else where.
Other reviewers have had trouble with the same manager it seems like this place repeats its own mistakes I hope someone from upper management sees this and corrects there workers wrong doing instead of employees and manager driving new customers from this location away. Came here 2/16 and ordered a smoothie along with my meal a medium sized meanwhile I tried telling the window worker and the manager. They just seem like they’re ready to argue and instead of making the situation easier by just replacing it there were just wanting to refund me my drink. instead of making me pay the difference from one size of a smoothie to another, but had my wife with me and didn’t want to prolong it. I just want to get out of there so I said it was fine meanwhile at this McDonald’s, it’s disappointing the workers don’t even know how to give you your order right not only that I had to ask for Buffalo with my nuggets and they didn’t even put sauce in the bag so I had to throw those away. Definitely staying away from this location probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen in America.

You know I don't expect the world from McDonald's or any other fast food for that matter. But if I ever want to be profoundly disappointed, I come to this McDonald's location.
One of my kids really enjoys the big breakfast from McDonald's. About once a month or so I take him there but I usually go to the Chisholm location, even though it's about 12 mi out of my way, because I've had such bad experiences at this one.
So today I've been feeling a little under the weather so I just went to the local one. The eggs were completely undercooked and looked like the literally melted throughout the entire rest of the tray soaking egg juice into the pancakes and the sausage and the biscuit.
The sausage was ice cold to the touch despite everything around it being hot. The hash brown that was haphazardly thrown into the bag was burnt to a crisp yet cold somehow, again despite everything else around it being hot..
The good news is, since I only ordered one thing, they did not screw up giving me the one item that I ordered! Me and my other child choose to drive up the road to Hardee's, where I have never had a bad experience.
The last time I frequented this location, I ordered a big breakfast platter and a McGriddle. I got the big breakfast platter, the hash brown from the combo, but the sandwich was missing from the bag completely.
The last time I frequented this location prior to that, every single thing in the order was completely soaked in grease and cold. And we checked it right away, not after we went home.
I could go on and on about my past experiences at this specific McDonald's, and I have filed complaints with them multiple times because frankly the food they are serving is not even safe. I have gotten expired milk from them, and the amount of times the food is simply inedible is alarmingly frequent.
I literally have a collection of free meal coupons that the company sends me because of how poorly the food is served here. However, I refuse to use those specifically at this location because the one time I did use one of the free meal coupons, the meal that I got for free was by far the worst I've ever gotten from this location so I'm assuming they were doing it out of spite.
I have never been anything except cordial and polite to the people taking the order and at the window, but at this point I would just have to go so far as to say that this is probably the worst restaurant in the entire state of Minnesota. I eat out a significant amount of times and every time I come to this place I am severely disappointed, even for a fast food location.
Don't waste your money here. Your stomach and wallet will thank you.
