Tried to book a birthday party for my granddaughter. It can only be done online. Site was not working, instead of notifying the owner it sounded like they were waiting for them to come in. Poor management.

Was not busy at time of visit, pizza was good, not a lot of variety. A few things were empty or running out on buffet. Overall everything seemed clean and was happy with service. Arcade was fun and staff was available quickly when we were ready.

Food was cold gravy was watery chicken burnt no pizzas but 2 dude that was rude slamming doors and swearing slamming things down and this a place i usually always recommend for the 15 I spent per person was not even worth it

Love Pizza Ranch.....been here a number of times. Mostly great service, friendly staff, good food with a lot of choice. The chicken is great. And the dessert chocolate chip cookies make me just melt. The one complaint I have is a lack of soap dispenser in the mens lavatory. I am wondering how many unwashed hands left the bathroom and went right on to the buffet to touch serving utensils? What a great way to have a food poisoning outbreak. Next stop Minnesota Dept of Health.

This is quite possibly the last straw. My wife went there take out only spent $30. On an eight piece chicken, roasted potatoes, which turned into mashed potatoes and gravy when she got home miraculously and a dessert pizza the chicken was so dry and overcooked. It had to have been yesterday‘s chicken just re-put in the fryer. The worst chicken I have ever bitten into this is ridiculous and appalling. Please change your ways or go out of business. You give terrible food and can’t even get the order right Sounds like a great business plan i’m sure you’ll go far
