Really , really disappointed in a sheet cake for my parents wedding anniversary. We requested lots of flowers, and chocolate filling. We received neither, and in my humble opinion it was not worth the money, at all. Please take pride in your work and uphold the reputation that Sunrise Bakery has, or had. Thank you

I love this place too much to give a bad star rating. But their technology side of things is lacking. Hours on the website vary from hours on Google (easy fix) and no one answered the phone for a pizza order at 4:45pm on a Saturday. Assuming the Google hours (5p close) are the right ones that makes sense. But going off of the website (8p close, site usually more reliable) it does not make sense.

Used to be a great place to stop or eat but no doughnut except standard cake. Wrapped cookies were quite dry and flavor was poor. Disappointed but will rate pizzas as great.

Ordered a cake, not decorated as specified but the worst was the rude customer service! One said should we give a discount because it’s not what she ordered and the other said nope! And was very rude at checkout. Used to be a real quality place.

I lived in Italy for a few years. We came to Sunrise to order some calzones and get some pastries. I knew nothing about this place. I ordered the calzone, took one bite, and was immediately transported back to Brindisi, Italy. This was the most authentic Italian food I’ve ever had in the US. And right here in Hibbing, MN!

I ordered a 6-inch round Father's Day cake at Sunrise Bakery, but it was not there when I went to pick it up. They offered me a plain square cake instead. This is not the first time this has happened. In the past three years, my orders have been consistently wrong or incomplete. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again!!

Best pizza in town and won't break the bank. We called ahead and pizza was ready when we got there. It's solid quality too. Really good crust especially. Highly recommend if passing through!
