I never leave reviews but this has been terrible. All 6 times I’ve been here my tacos are soggy wet with taco sauce, WAY too much cheese so the taco is just cheese and maybe 2 bites of meat. This was my last time trying this taco johns. I LOVE taco johns and moved here from Duluth and miss it, but I will NEVER come to this location again. Service isn’t good either, I stood in a line with 1 person in it talking to the “manager” about car sales for 5 mins until a DIFFRENT employee came up to me to help me.

Hit the drive-thru for some breakfast with my daughter. We each got a sausage scramble bowl. There were no other cars in line, the wait was minimal. Drove across town and ate when we got home, food was still warmish, tasted great, awesome flavor and perfect size portion! Would order again. Customer service was great!

Worst service ever. The incompetence of this manager girl in there is on a level I’ve never seen. She couldn’t even apologize for completely screwing up our order then had the nerve to act as if it was my fault or somehow I was inconveniencing her for asking to make it right. Place is filthy. What owner in their right mind would allow this to get so bad. Shame on you I will never return.

Rude customer service. I asked for a minute to decide at the drive thru and the person said say something whenever you are ready. I started to 2 times and she cut my off with just a second. Then i said no hot sauce and it was so hot I gave it away.

Food was ice cold. Refried beans were a chunk of beans, and not worn, could even melt the cheese. Ew.

This is not a family oriented restaurant. It's pretty sad when you take your family out to eat, spend over $20 bucks and find that your baby has no where to sit or eat because the restaurant only has 1 whole high chair in the entire restaurant which was in use at the time we came in. Very disappointed n won't be back with my family since we can't even eat together here.

Food is high quality, hot and tasty. Potato Ole's are always a winner.

Food was OK. Dining area was not very clean. My table had dried food on it from previous customers.

I usually don't leave reviews, but the quality at this particular location is bad. I've been eating here for several months, and I've been sick multiple times after eating here. The food is usually made wrong also. I don't think they take food hygiene seriously here. ALL 3 Dululth locations are far superior. I think they lost a loyal customer in town for good until they change something. This photo is just one of many bad experiences. FIX YOURSELVES!
P.S. clean all the garbage below your drivethru window, It looks disgusting and it's been there for months.
**UPDATE after reading other poor reviews. I'm now convinced this location doesn't care about proper portions and customer service. I agree completely with the others complaining about the amount of meat in the tacos and lack of cleanliness in the store. I Hope no one else becomes sick like me!

Worker rolled his eyes as i was pulling up
Potato Oles were fantastic as always but you should be ashamed as a company for what you serve as burritos. absolutely terrible with the least amount of meat possible at outrageous prices. 4 burritos by themselves were $30. Total was $45 with potatos. maybe 4-5 tiny bits of beef and a bunch of rice and beans on the steak burrito and 1 chicken finger without potato's on the meat and potato burrito
I will never pay for anything but potato Oles at Taco John's again.
