Horrendous experience. One of the places on our list to never eat at again. Here are a few of the many reasons why-1. They were out of pop and gave us shakes instead, but they still charged us for the up charge of them. 2. There was hardly onions in ANY of my family members onion rings. It was only breading.3. My mothers burger was COMPLETELY doused in salt and pepper. Inside the wrapper and outside. 4. It was unsanitary. Completely unacceptable. Multiple hairs in our food

Very kind service and the food was great! Ordered an impossible burger with no onions and a whopper with no tomatoes. Both were correct, fries were hot!

Sat at the drive thru speaker, with a line of cars behind me, and no one ever answered. After 5 minutes a pulled around to the wide open drive thru window. Sat there for a few minutes, no acknowledged us. The car in front also drove off without food after sitting at the window. Building is dirty and half run down, probably best we didn't get food here.

Ordered am impossible wooper and big fish with fries and onion rings. Everything was gross!! Fries and onion rings were cold and soggy burger was rock hard and dry. Even tho we got parked for the fish it was cold. Our pops were wrong even.

Everything always takes forever here and I have never received my correct order first time throughOnly go because my son loves their chicken
we stopped by for a quick meal. Got a #1 at it hit the spot. Just wish BK carried root beer on their soft drink selection.

I ordered 2 impossible whoppers, one with only ketchup extra ketchup and one pickle, one with only ketchup cheese and bacon. They were both AMAZING and looked like someone actually took their time making them. The bacon was perfectly cooked and evenly aligned along the patty and there was just enough ketchup. And the best part was the one pickle. One perfect pickle with the icky middle missing. The lady at the window was super nice, and that cooking team knows how to get it done right. Thanks for the great food. Keep it up.
