Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I generally like DQ for a quick treat while traveling, but the food I got here was surprisingly terrible. The fries were greasy and room temp and the sandwich was really awful. The bottom bun was oddly hard and stale and the entire meal tasted like it sat in the bag for a week and then got tossed in a microwave. Not good and couldn't finish the meal.

I promise you, its worth the drive to go to another DQ. From poor customer service to waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru just to be turned away. Save yourself the headache and go to the next one on your maps list.

Worse dairy queen, close doors most of the time, only drive thru. They ran out coke and root beer and of course spoons so they gave us forks to eat ice cream. I don't recommend this place.

Sat in the drive through for 30 min. There were three cars in front of me and nobody in the parking lot. Whenever I stop service is extremely slow.

Not open, though signs and such say they are

Randomly stopped taking orders at 6pm after waiting 15 minutes.

We stopped here tonight on the way home from Duluth and the employee that served our family of 7 was AWESOME! He had the kids laughing and having fun while we waited for our ice cream! Very polite! You don't find good employees enough anymore! Store was clean! I would come back again! Thank you for a memorable night!

POS was broken, colder in the restaurant than the ice cream in the cooler the chicken didnt cluck so that was a plus.

Nastiest food ive ever gotten, I have never had a problem with Dairy Queen’s in the past but this one is just straight up trash, all of our food was lukewarm and served under the legal serving temperature, the gravy was cold our drinks were watered down, the fries were bland and everything just had the texture of like they pre cooked it left it to sit and heated it up in the microwave, absolutely horrible do better.

A couple of weeks ago me and my family got dinner and I was very upset my daughter's chicken strips were grey I asked for no lettuce or tomato on my burger and they put a bunch on it the sprite tasted like mold like they have not washed the nozzles the queso was so thick it looked like it was rubber I called them and the guy said the best I can do is give you 10% off your next order I don't think I will ever be eating there again I spent between 30 to 40 dollars on food worst experience ever my husband used to work there and knows what the food is suppose to look like I have pictures of everything

Stopped in on Sunday afternoon. Trash at front door was overflowing. The entrance door was not functioning properly. Went to bathroom it was a mess not clean and not stocked. Urinal was out of order. Wife ordered food the girl behind the counter had an attitude. Was more or less just throwing stuff at my wife . Said here's your order. We were short a burger and a malt, my wife asked about them The girl huffed and puffed and got them . She was not happy about being there , and was letting all know. We left.. My wife called back on Monday and asked if she could speak with the owner, the gal on the phone said no. Wife asked if she was the manager of if there was one. No response. The gal on the phone had an attitude. Wife gave up. We will never go back to that place and hope others will avoid it like the plague. In reading the reviews sounds like ownership doesn't care.

We just drove through this DQ and they are out of ice cream. How can a DQ be out of ice cream??? Management needs to get involved in this location.

This location may be one of the worst I have ever seen. Extremely dirty all over. Bathroom was filthy, no napkins, garbage piled up because the garbage bin was pulled out and no bag in it.

They didn't have hamburger buns, and turned off the grill but still sold food that needed to be grilled. People waited over 30 minutes only to find out they weren't getting food.

Probably best they didn't based on the cleanliness of the place. This location should be avoided at all costs. The health inspector should visit. Guarantee they would get many fines. The employees were more concerned talking to each other, taking smoke breaks and acting like fools. They clearly don't care.

Completely understaffed, filthy, salad was lettuce with a bit of shredded cheese. Whoever manages this place is doing a wretched job. Pass it by.
