Went thru dive thru today. Total mistake at first the employee had a hard time taking our order thru intercom he seemed like he was drunk or stoned. Got up to window the guy never secured the pop top spilled it all over the inside of my car while handing it out and never gave us the straw to drink it with.

This is Tyler and Kenzie we we really enjoyed the food John wiped up for us truly a masterpiece of a restaurant Jeremiah Jill and mavis were very good with there service it was quite the extraordinary experience will come again they treated the other guests with extreme hospitality I’m gonna I wanna make the end it just terrible. I want to say that like the experience maybe cream or some shit.?….. fire tho keep up the good work
Pt.2 Wanted to show how good they cut the sandwiches there but the food was so good I scarfed down the other 3 quarters and munched down hot fries

Great but just a bit inconsistent with food and service.
It's a great option for our gluten free family member as at a separate fryer for french fries and you can get the burgers without buns.
Our medium fry was only half full and they forgot my apple pie :( Like that was actually so disappointing

So disappointing. Waste of $60! Totally over priced. Got 4 burgers and fries. Fries were dry, old and cold. Burgers were dry and the pulled pork one looked nothing like in fhe picture. Was missing ingredients and had 1 pickle. Could have went to a sit down resturant for that much.

Update exactly one year later: ordered 4 pack of biscuits and 2 pack of biscuits. Got 5??????? ---Original post: I keep giving this Hardee's chances because I love the bacon egg & cheese biscuits but I give up. I have not been given the right order in my last 3 visits. I pay for extra cheese and instead get no cheese. When I called, I was told I had to wait until the next day's breakfast to pick up my slice of cheese because it was past 10:30. WHAT! I can't make this stuff up. Today, I didn't get my sandwich at all. Hubby didn't check before leaving so I had to drive back from the casino to pick it up. No apology, nothing. People are human, I get it but these mistakes are impactful. And a string of mistakes with no apologies shows a lack of training and a lack of just giving a crap. Taco Bell breakfast, here I come!
