We received nothing but attitude from Anna the second we walked in. Obviously the food was good but some of the worst attitude and had the immediate want to leave. Constant sighing and not even a fake smile to make the customer happy. She made me almost feel like a burden just for ordering me and my friends subs.

Stopped on my way through town and ordered a turkey, bacon and avocado wrap. Blown away by the friendly service. Greeted fast and great interaction with the staff. Excellent wrap. I go through Hinckley once a month and will be stopping again!

Stopped here at 9:40pm on 12/29. Hours on the door say they are open until 10pm, and the “open” sign in the window was still on. As soon as I walked in, the girl behind the counter immediately said, “sorry, I’ve already put everything away”. I checked my watch and asked if the hours on the door were correct. She said “yes, but I’m the only one here and I’ve already put everything away for the night”. She never even asked me what I wanted. So I left.

Becky needs some kindness and customer service lessons. She gets people through the line quick but all while shouting at everyone. That’s what brought down my rating. Eric on the other hand is very nice and we’ve had good experiences with him at this location before. Will continue to stop here in the way to our cabin.
When I got there, 3 people ahead of me, 2 getting sandwich made, I waiting and than me waiting to pick my order up, the man ahead of me walked up to place his order, the 2 who placed they're order were leaving, the one gal waving her hands and spoke loudly that I needed to go over there to place me ordered, I said why? My order is placed, she said you need to step over there so they can start my ordered, I said, I am here to pick up an order that was placed by phone, so I am in the right spot, with a roll of her eyes she stepped back and grab my 2 bags, and slid them to me! No THANK YOU, HAVE A GOOD NIGHT, infact she looked away, it was ridiculous in the amount of Mayo that was plastered one 4 of the 6 subs, one of the kids said, we could fill a container up with all this Mayo, we removed 3/4 of what was used, pretty sad the mayo was ozzing out the sides n ends before the first bite! 1 -12 inch sub had 1 half sliced cheese on each side. The 6 inch sub was suppose to have extra pickles, there were 3 pickles total. The 1- 12 inch sub was over loaded with onions, jalapeño and mayo, I guess we will not be ordering subs from sub way by phone NO more, if it takes standing there watching them make it, so be it, but atleast I know it will be quilty.
